I don’t know about Paul’s, but I went with just the gloss white since it’s so much cheaper, and you REALLY gotta look hard to tell the difference.

That is the gloss white. Very good match to the factory 040 paint code.

Love that Rough Country rear bumper, the way our trucks should have come from the factory with the integrated steps. How hard was the install once you got the factory stuff off?

Not sure what the price difference is, but the gloss white is a very close match.

I got it from a dealer and his discount and instal was cheaper than me just buying it and having it shipped to me. He said it was about 3 hours total for each one.

97448665-67AB-42E7-AA36-5C7D84C30498.jpg Just installed these amber iJDMtoy lights. Also bought a wiring harness that had a relay switch, a red toggle switch and a 2nd set of lines for another light bar. Ended up replacing the red toggle with blue and taped the 2nd light line out of the way. Put it together and it popped the fuse. Thanks to this site I investigated what would be causing this and went back looking at where it would be shorting out. Sure enough the extra line to the 2nd set of lights were touching. Repair was made and here is the finished product. The biggest pain was cutting and then squeezing the wiring with female connector through the firewall.44827B82-DF7D-4787-BABC-C27E49A867D7.jpg

I will be doing something similar and plan to tap into the illumination circuit so I can have them on when dash lights are on.

Thank you kindly gentlemen for the kind comments. They are greatly appreciated! I had been hesitant with the whole “blue color matched” interior thing but have obviously now embraced, committed to it. I really enjoy that it “pops” and ties well together (or says I).

A couple more pics in sunlight and because today marks my year one anniversary of having the truck.

    Cheers!

The idea I am going with is similar to how one would wire in an illuminated switch into the illumination circuit of the truck. However instead of wiring up a back lit switch I will be wiring in additional small LED’s (blue-ish-white) to each of the tops of the recesses of the door handles. This will allow them to turn on and dim with the dash. I saw a version of this idea from one of the members here...
