Decided to inspect further and it appears front sway back bolt backed almost all the way out on passenger side.. bracket was gone where the bolt would mount to frame and bolt hanging loose.

go to look at driver side... bolt is completely gone but bracket still intact. So my sway bar is attached at the wheels but dangling below the frame. I’m 3 hours from home. Obviously truck is still drive-able, any safety concerns? I thought I’ve read about people removing theirs.

also could it have anything to do with the 3” spacer lift putting pressure and causing to back out? Or is it what I’m assuming which is the half ass dealer who originally did all of the work and cut every corner possible (Burleson, TX)

Nice, dealer tech must not have tighten them down all the way. Tighten up the remaining hardware and drive it. Stay off rough roads and and get the dealer to fix their f'up.

thanks, wonder how long it’s been like that. I look around my truck pretty often. Maybe steering will tighten up a little after its fixed?

    Alot of them
I would be willing to bet that all of those were left loose after the drop down spacer was I stalled.

That’s what i figured. I went under there about 6 months ago and zip tied the plastic bumper where it was no longer attached and I can tell you those bolts were not hanging down or missing then. Maybe these wash board roads I hit earlier today were enough to finally ease them out

No connection between the sway bar and steering but it will feel more planted going around corners.
