The TRD OffRoad shocks were original and had 83k on them so quite soft, I could definitely tell they weren't doing much for me anymore. The Fox 2.0s are stiffer for sure, and I'm not feeling any body roll. Have heard they need a little bit to get "broke-in" but I suspect they'll always feel better than the Bilstein 4000 series that it came with. My tires are still good, at least for another year, then I'll explore the 285/70r18 world (aka Nitto RGs).

Hell yea! That's one of the best parts about our area. So many awesome lakes to hang out on. How's your place this year? Long lake, right?

It's been busy on the water, I think everyone has some pent up energy that they need to blow off. Last two weekends we saw some not-so-safe behavior around us. I don't want to stereotype anyone, but we keep a pretty close eye on those we know are "goofing" off and not showing any care in the world of others.

They do get soft on big hits and floats over expansion cracks. I did add a top plate spacer for driver lean. Do you rub your sway bar by any chance?

Well, I am a foster fail. I will be keeping the rescue lab. He has become attached as well as I have. Lots of work to do for training with this one. But he will be in a good home for the rest of his life. He is so much happier just one week removed from his situation. He is the one with 2 toys in his mouth lol20200725_112431.jpg

Thanks. He really is a good boy. Eager to please. He has mellowed some but is still high-strung. But for as much energy has he has, he listens pretty well. Just confused cause all the new commands. He is picking things up fairly quick though.

Forward looking camera, Stub Antenna, 3M clearshield. A few other non lifted items.
Took my little aliner pop up camping for a few days with the old guys. About 20 miles of dirt roads so it got dusty. On feature of the pop up is the windows remain clean. lol. A lot of dust for sure. Some dirt bad road tight

A couple so far but no Tundra's. I'm curious if any of the Tacoma rails would be compatible.

I think they are, the tie downs I had on my taco and on the tundra looked to similar. The difference may just be the lengths of them.

Take a tie down to make sure it fits and is the same. If it is pull it off a wrecked taco

I recommend Highline Customs in Beaverton. They have options from budget to high-end.

    What's up guys. Happy Sunday!

We got our week long camping trip in. It was much needed and very relaxing. It was great having no cell service too...

Entire trip was off Highway 20 in the North Casades. Started at Mineral Park West. One of our favorite locations off the beaten path. Fifteen miles outside of Marblemount and the last 5 miles on dirt roads. Thankfully the washboards were not a big issue this year. It's right on river, so we spent a few days just relaxing and playing in the water (crazy cold).

Next up was East of the mountains. Lunch stop at the top of Lake Diablo
    369ED949-ACFB-410A-8297-02E8A3ECBF7F.jpg

Dumped the tanks and resupplied in Winthrop and then back to Klipchuck campground. This is another great park....we shall return
    7D13B04C-3EDC-40BB-9FCE-B34E85A721CB.jpg

Took a day trip to Hart's Pass...one of my favorite drives. I've yet to see a picture that properly captures the beauty and expanse you get from the top of the viewpoint at 7,440 feet of elevation

Potty break...nice to see the National parks upgrading their pit toilets

Part of the road is a single lane gravel with mountain on one side and a very large cliff on the other.
    D6042495-4772-4F9B-9464-88EFC43CC976.jpg

Final location was Colonial Creek campground on Diablo Lake. First time here...probably the last too. It was a zoo. Like an over-run state park. Some people were wearing masks; many were not. Every place we visited was packed; lots of new Coleman tents as people are camping this summer, but place was the worst.
    2FA2E1D5-554D-415F-801E-761C31B3D6F7.jpg

We did four hikes on the trip. The wife and I love doing hikes, but we're not avid outdoor people. We're happy with 6-8 mile round trip. The kids griped the whole time, but they survived. This was from the top of the Blue Lake.
    27748453-DF79-44BC-8011-92E17D5B6390.jpg

Overall it was a lot of fun....nice and relaxing. Took all week to get the truck and trailer cleaned up. Dust and dog fur was on and in everything...
