    Flux capacitor!
When you mount your planter boxes on to the house. Make sure you use a liner inside the cedar so you don’t get water and soil onto the side of your home. You can put a hose bib splitter on your outside hose bib. Then you can have a water hose timer installed on one of the water Hookups. This will allow you to install a drip system and run it under your landscaping rocks. You can then run 1/4” drip lines into your planter boxes. You will never have to water your plants by hand again. I have this on my entry steps and my plants are thriving in 100 degree temps. Just a suggestion. Your home looks great!

That’s a heck of an idea, I believe hydroponics is the term ;) I will take that into account for the next one. We’re just slapping some make-up on this pig to sell.

4 days in so far, tearing out 25 year old carpet (disgusting), prepping and putting down a floating "luxury" vinyl plank flooring throughout most of the house. Very impressed with how much more modern it looks even without trim work finished up.

That could be two things a) could be a regional thing b) something I ran into alot as a remodeler in 70s and 80s homes alot of diy people would tear down their paneling on the walls and paint/fix the drywall behind. Problem was in the construction in texas that means 1/4 inch drywall behind it. Where is the paneling most commonly found ? Bathroom and laundry rooms.

Funny y'all would say that. I had a cheap pair of yard shoes, and also ironically, the same dog whose crap I step in chewed them up.

Finally!!! Got her running today! Woot woot!!!
The closest and biggest boulder to the camera is going to be moving - along with a few others here and there. I need another dump truck of river rock delivered tomorrow and another trip with the Tundra to pick out some more boulders for the back side.

Thank you! It’s a nice barn and I’m glad the owners let me put my creative details to work. I like all the small details!

My flooring installers started to seal all my rubber flooring.

I had them inlay the Ranch logo at the entrance. It turned out great!

I’ve got two 85’ boom lifts to install my Pre finished metal siding on the center cupola. It’s a pain to get access to it but the final results look nice and clean.

They always hover around me when Im outside. Nugget comes in the house for treats and runs right over to the fridge, if we dont let her in she pecks on the glass. Theyre not as dumb as they look:rofl:
    C783498A-9708-4993-BBD5-CA9B35264038.jpg

They only come out when im home. Have only had one red tail try to pick one off a few years back and I was actually in the yard and hucked a shovel at it and never saw it again. Theres peregrines nesting/fledging in my back yard but the girls are too fat for one of those to haul off. Killed a fox last year, it got one of them and came back for more the next day. I was out on the back deck at 5am with my rifle waiting. Predictable.

3-4 yards of river rock in, along with 6,000 more lbs of boulders. Have all of the valve-covers in with easy access to control water flow to each rock, and decided to place slate rock over the valve covers for easy access.
Still need to purchase/plant 4 tall trees on the back side, plant Nandinas, plant grasses, run drip line, install lighting.

    Yeah, no kidding!!
My buddy sent pics/vid to one of the local landscape places and they quoted $30K o_O to replicate.
I originally had a $2K budget for this bed (that’s what the wife thinks) but we’re into it about $5K in materials once plants/trees go in I think.

Thank God for the tractor! Booming every boulder was the ticket, and moving all of the river rock with the bucket.
