Hi All. Since I have owned my truck I haven’t had the TPMS installed, but recently have had some issues with tires. Called my dealership today to order sensors and they said they couldn’t guarantee fit in my aftermarket wheels with OEM sensors 910E4095-A1C7-4DC2-8F24-1F24DA937E4E.jpg and that they have issues programming aftermarket sensors to keep the light off. Any recommendations?

Should fit fine as long as they order the ones for the aluminum I trd rims and NOT for the steel factory rims from what I know.

Yes like the previous post said...as long it's not from the steel wheels, it should work. I have no problem with aftermarket ones. Discount Tire or most tire places can install and program for you also.

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking the same they are also saying they have issues programming with oversize tires which seems to be a stretch to me

I had the TSS wheels originally on my truck and went SCS wheels later and the sensors haven’t worked since. Had them reprogrammed by a friend of mine who was a Toyota tech once and they worked for one evening and went back off again. Moved to another town and went to the local dealership and asked them to look at it. They told me it would be $150 to reprogram. I told them to kick rocks.

Too bad you’re not in my area, I’d reprogram for free for you
