2019 Baseball Season

Astros are killing it with 3 big bats out of the lineup. The farm teams are loaded. Wait until Yordan Alvarez gets a call up... should be later this month. Go Stros!

If any of you guys are San Diego Padres fans, you have prolly seen my good buddy throw a time or 2 this year. He's been lighting up the gun at 98-100mph so far this year. Collected the 2000th win for a Mexican born pitcher.

His name is Gerardo Reyes. We played ball together for 2 years at Galveston Community College and were very good friends. In college, he could run it up 94-96 as a freshman. With his crazy arm angle, he's got a hell of a lot of movement. I still talk to him quite a bit, I'm waiting for some damn tickets! lol He's been called up and down a couple times this year, but I think he'll be in the Bigs for while once he's settled in.

Anyone not watching MLB this year? I'm not. Not even slightly interested anymore and I love baseball.

 

Love Baseball as well. Losing interest more and more with MLB injecting social issues into the Game. Can't say I am looking forward to it.

Hope someone enjoys this. Some highlights I put together of my son catching over the last few months. Just started his little league season but he was doing 1 tournament/month with his club team through the winter. Hopefully you’ll be able to see him on TV one day!

My sons U14 is playing Double Day field in Cooperstown on May 19th.

Our 24 season still hasn’t started yet, but We’ll run until the end of July

We’ve got one more regular season LL game then postseason tournament starts. We are setup to be the #1 seed so hopefully the boys can play well enough to win it all.
My son is trying really hard to keep his caught stealing at 100% for the entire season.
