I'm buying another tundra because someone wrecked into my precious mint condition 00 ac but I want to stick with a first gen and I need a 4 door because I have 3 kids now that I didn't have 20 years ago when I got my first gen. Rip. The dc im looking at is that an 06 in phantom gray pearl. Haven't had much luck finding a used one in good condition in my color and specifications. I want it to have functioning side Windows and a Yakima roof bar setup and a useable front window do access through trucks back window. Anyone have for sale what I need or an opinion on who makes the best? Leer, A.r.e? Etc? Here's a pic of something close to what I need.

I got my topper by searching Craigslist for trucks that had toppers. I found a truck with the exact topper I wanted and offered him a fair price.

East tn. And I don't care to drive a good ways if it's what I want and the price is right.

I'm in Knoxville and I see these shells listed on Craigslist and Facebook. I found mine on Craigslist last year but I had to drive to NC to get it. Also, I love your avatar.

Yea I didn't have a problem finding one for my other 00 tundra. It's paint was faded but I was getting the truck painted anyways so it didn't matter. I found a dc for sale in Indiana that has the exact shell I want. Just got to convince him to sell just it to me. And thank ya :)

The access cab ones will 'fit' but will over hang at the back of the bed a smidge.

I looked for months and finally found one at my local topper store. Scooped it up for $400 out the door. Needed a little love but as others mentioned, search CL and FB frequently. Don't be afraid to over someone that has it on their truck for sale either.

Here's my 06 DC with a camper. Bought new. I bought a used one that leaked really bad. I sold it and bought a new one. SnugTop with the sportsman package.
