After putting down a deposit for a 2020 MGM Tundra TRD Pro, I was initially told it would take 3 months to receive as it was coming fresh from the factory. The next day, the sales rep tells me their system has been wonky and that the new timeframe is 3 weeks. Today was supposed to be the end of the 3 weeks and I had scheduled to leave work 4 hours early tomorrow to go pickup the truck. Ive been calling every day since last Friday just to make sure and while there haven't been any updates to the end date, I received a text this morning that the new date has been pushed to this Friday. Unfortunately I won't be able to come and get it this weekend so if all goes as planned then maybe next Monday or early next week.

My family has a trip to the coast planned the following weekend and it would be nice if the truck was here by then. Anyways, just wanted to vent because I feel like such a disappointed kid right now.

We're heading out on a road trip from CA to ID & WA next Thursday. Getting the 9" floating Pioneer installed before we head out and I've been sweating the arrival of all the installation parts so I feel your pain. Here's hoping it gets here soon. A trip without a new truck would suck!

You'll be stoked when it arrives...he hooked me up back in January and it's about 10,000x better than the stock garbage. I'm eager to see if the new head unit improves the audio quality any further.

Mine was due in at the end of July - it got held at the "port" for inspection "which happens sometimes".... we had no new info from 6/25 until 7/16 when it finally dropped at the dealer... I was literally starting to think the truck was a phantom and started looking for other dealer options... picked it up 7/17 and breathed a sigh of relief.

Hope you have a similar experience and the wait is over before you know it!

Nice! Yeah the dealer messaged me back today and sounded optimistic there will be an update by end of today and "predicted" it would be there mid-week. What sucks is I will be away Thursdsay thru next tuesday if it doesnt happen by Wednesday.
