I have a question for the knowledge base.

I have a 2014 Sequoia with and Entune radio (model 13TDANNA-DA00), which for the life of I cannot get it to update the Sirius XM channel lineup (new channels added).
I've tried resending the signal, and updating the unit to 0101D7, to no avail.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
    thanks

Might have to contact Sirius xm if you are missing channels. Are you sure you are subscribed to the ones you are missing?

Yes. I have the same subscription on a 2019 Subaru.

Wonder if the separate XM tuner is bad. Do you have an extended warranty?

Sadly no. Its just weird. I called XM and they did tell me that those model radios only went up to a number of channels (235 I think), but the "new' channels are in the sub 200's

Maybe you can find a used XM receiver. It is a easy swap.
Maybe someone on hear that replaced their radio has one laying around. Start a new post.

The new channels are probably outside what the tuner or radio can handle.
I have this issue with another car of mine. I just stream it using the app, and that works for me 99% of the time.
The added benefit of streaming is you can go into the app and set the sound quality on "max" or "high" and it sounds a lot better than the compressed signal you get over the air.

The down side is, it can eat a lot of data if you don't have an unlimited plan.

Was this ever resolved? I get all the channels i am supposed to but the list only has 0 and 001. I have to manually scroll/tune to get the station I want. I guess I could make 36 xm presets but it seems that the list should auto populate....
