I have re plasti dipped the front and rear bumper. The few chips drove me crazy! I thought about painting them but the plasti dip is so easy to use!

Real good. I love the tundra! I'm glad I found it. Still feel lucky. I think I got a good deal. I added a bak flip fibermax tonneau cover and husky floor liners front and rear. Trying to pay her off!

How many colors does plastic dip come in? I would like to do something with the silver stock dash instrument surround. My 2007 finally just arrived!

They were asking 31500. Paid 30000 and they gave me 2000 more than I wanted for my 4ruuner! 01 4Runner wanted 4 and got 6. It had 220000 and a bad trans. It needed new wheel bearings, windshield, blinker had a short, no horn. But the interior was spotless. I tend to be a little ocd. I was going to keep it for a toy but decided not to. Now all the money can just go to the tundra ( and the wife's Subaru) when i have too!

I tried smoke and black. Didn't like the look. Black was not very transparent andsmoke was too grainy and not dark enough.

Dipyourcar.com has a lot of color choices. Don't think they color match. I have heard people adding a base with a lighter color and a tint or metalizer to create custom colors. Might work.

changed up the emblem a couple weeks ago:) This is the rustoleum knock off dip stuff.... Seems ok but I think I like the consistency of plastidip better.

I have been bitten hard by this stuff. I have dipped my grill surround, front and rear bumpers, section under grill, rims, door handles, battery harness, tow hitch, and all emblems. I will say on doing your wheels, go to dollar store and get a bag of med size ballons. Cut them at bottom of neck where it starts to get big. Take the neck part to slide over your lugs . Tooth picks are very useful getting dip out around badges. I will say if your going to do your wheels, to tape off tires. I'm only saying this because when you go to pull off existing dip it will take dip off the rim. You could trim with blade if that's easier. I put 8 coats on my wheels and bumpers. I take a small wire brush and clean tip after each use. Quick note, I bought trash bags from dollar store to wrap my calipers and rotors, for you people who want to spray them in place. Hope this helps. uploadfromtaptalk1436217209422.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217233654.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217245491.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217256142.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217273819.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217291908.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436217326777.jpg
