Depends on which option you go with. I don't have folding mirrors so the option I went with has everything to make your mirrors power folding as well as the wiring and switch.

Oh, it comes with motors for the mirrors? I don't see that listed in any of the options. I thought I read that you still had to buy power fold mirrors from a Platinum or aftermarket.

Nope, you still need to source your own set of mirrors that fold

I got my replacement harness today. Anyone else? Looks like she changed one of the connections.

I got mine today as well. I haven't installed it yet. I believe the small white plug by itself with the two bare wire ends plugs into the door lock harness on the driver's door

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too, but where do you connect the long harness to it. Which side is purple? I sent her a message but she hasn't responded yet.

I’m gonna go back through our conversations to figure out what color is lock and unlock. I believe the purple and gray harness goes through the drivers door. From there we’ll put a purple and black wire together and crimp on the terminal and repeat with the other black and gray and insert them into the open spots on the other end of the plug. Just need to figure out which wire is whichC44A9BDD-2F0B-472B-AF04-6F36E99A643A.jpg52E392A4-7F56-4256-8993-C8658FFC69C7.jpg C44A9BDD-2F0B-472B-AF04-6F36E99A643A.jpg 52E392A4-7F56-4256-8993-C8658FFC69C7.jpg

Has anyone installed KTJO’s illuminated switch yet? If so, how’s it working?

Back on the July 12th she posted they are ready to ship as soon as she prints out labels. I have not received shipping notice yet so I assume they have not shipped yet.

    Ordered on May 9th.

I am holding off on the install as I don't have power fold mirrors yet. I am sure others will post up if I got mine, others must have received theirs as well.

Did you see the photos at the beginning of the thread? It works great now that I have the correct harness. If you're looking for a video, let me know.

Did you purchase the optional illuminated switch @BamaMan44 ? Looking to see if I can get feedback on the illuminated mirror switch. Already have the mirror just would love to see that switch in action and if it actually works. Not trying to highjack but fogired I would mention it here on this thread because more people are likely to have purchased it here than on any other thread.

Sorry, I didn't realize you were asking about the illuminated switch. I didn't scroll up far enough.

No I haven't bought one. I didn't want to drop that much coinage on one.

No worries brother! If you go to her website, she shows them in action and has one that can change colors I believe. She also has a Facebook page that has them on there too.

hello All, I am installing the KTJO auto fold kit on my 2020 tundra, does anyone have or know where I can find the fuse guide for our trucks. I don't see it in the owners manual anywhere. Thanks

I am trying to make my power fold mirrors from KTJO work as well. Where is this connector located. I have searched everywhere.

That’s the connector to the mirror itself. It’s behind the sail panel on the door (triangular trim piece by the mirror).

    Uhhh...nevermind that’s a different connector. Sorry

edit - unless that’s what the mirror connector looks like on a gen 1 or 2. Bit doesn’t look like that on gen 3.

Oh that I can’t help you with, sorry. I wired mine to powerfold with button only - didn’t want it folding with the key fob.

That connector is located on the door near the locking mechanism.

Just ceck out build thread in sig
@BamaMan44 thanks for the write up. I've run all the wires, now I'm adding the pins to the wires to put in the connector. She sent two types of pins, a set of flat pins and a set of more square like pins. Which did you use? Also how far up does the little lock on the connector pop out, to get the pins in easier. I have it sort of popped up but im not sure if I should pop it out more, does it come all the way off?

Edit: ok when I went and looked at it, it was obvious which to use. Thats done. But for the add a fuse did that issue ever get resolved. Is it ok to use a 20 amp fuse in place of a 15 or 10 amp fuse and use the hazard or dome fuse? Or should we change the 20amp to match the original spec?
