Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
I am leaning towards the following:

    Camburg Long travel kit(installed professionally) - $4500
    TRD sway bar - $250
Bilstein 5160 Gas reservoir rear shocks - $400
35 Inch Nitto trail Grappler tires - $1000
XD series Addict wheels - $1000
    Magnaflow split rear exhaust kit w/ 2.5 inch pipes(installed professionally) - $2000
    Smittybilt rocker bars - $400
Already have an Ironcross bumper with a Warn winch - Free

    What would you get?

Any plans for the rear springs and a better rear shock?

    Flux capacitor!
If you plan on doing a lot of off-road flexing with your truck you may either want to have disconnects for the sway bar or no sway bar. Just a suggestion.

Ford Raptors still have there limitations. Although some people think that buying a Raptor will make them a bad ass. Watch this link on a Ford Raptor Owner who takes his Raptor for an air excursion tour!

That seriously might be the dumbest thing I have seen. It's a raptor not a trophy truck

Hate to say it, but $10k isn't realistic for that kinda of stuff installed. You are at 10k for the long travel alone professionally installed depending on the shock package.

I would put my money in an Icon Tundra 3.0 RXT kit w/ bolt on air bumps (self installed) and then wheels/tires. That would round out the $10k. Put it all into suspension. If money allowed, gears would go in next.

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
Personally, I'd go Camburg or Total Chaos LT with ADS shocks on all 4 corners. I'd ditch the Iron Cross bumper, I think it's too heavy for LT. I'd go with N Fab bumpers or something similar for weight reduction and better entry angels. I wouldn't put a sway bar on it. Then, sliders from SDHQ Method rims, nice tires... done
Or, I'd go supercharger and wait 'til round 2 for the suspension.
    Ahhh, to dream.....

Why not keep it simple, after all the Craptor is really nothing too crazy. From what I have read online, even a really nice and properly setup front mid-travel will keep up or even outperform the Craptor front end.

    Front
    Camburg LT 3200
    Shocks 1800

    Rear
    Camburg SUA 1500
    Shocks 2000
    Bedcage 1500

    Total 9800
Install of said components is relatively easy and straight forward, no need to pay labor.

Shocks can be found much cheaper used. I see tripple bypass 16" running arpund 1200 all day long.

This is just a nice basic LT setup that will run circles around a Craptor. Its not just the HW, a lot has to do with tuning as well - which is where my previous mid travel comment plays in.

I would look into @bandit build thread for some ideas and pricing. He had a grip of money in his RW, but it was all pretty top shelf parts and work.

Just my $.02, but I had a raptor as a work truck for a few years. The only thing good about it was the suspension. It was great over rough sections of desert, like mild whoops. Other than that it's just a truck. On my days off it would get sent out with other guys, usually younger guys who thought it was a trophy truck. One of those times I came back to work and the doors wouldn't close right. Someone bent the frame out by glamis (sand dunes). He thought it was a trophy truck.

Now that I have this tundra, I put 6112's up front and 5160's in back. It is equivalent to the raptor, yet hopefully more reliable. Only 2500 miles on it so far. More fuel efficient ( sad to say but true). On the raptors we had for work, the left front hub was always breaking, no 4x4. Raptor is just a truck.

My new work truck is just a regular f-150 4x4 w eco boost. Great motor, tons of power but horrible in the dirt. No power until the turbos spool up, then the tires spin.

So far, this tundra is better than any American made truck out there. All we have at work is ford, chevy, dodge, n jeep. 80% off road 20% street, by far the Chevy Tahoe and 3/4 ton p/u's have held up best.

So, off my rant, to the op, you can build a way more capable and reliable Toyota than a raptor.

Ah yes, spaced on the glass...

    Well then,
    Keep it simple....
    Solid midtravel.

    Shocks 1800
    UCA 650

Can the SUA be used with factory besides? Im guessing the limiting factory would be the size of tires you choose to run.

I believe a well tuned mid travel would be very competitive to the factory Craptor.

Seems like the best way to compete with a Raptor is to get its idiot driver to try jumping 90'. Total cost $0. Entertainment value....priceless.

$10k might get you a full front Camburg LT kit and front coils, choose between bypasses or bumps. And a set of 2.5 rear shocks and 35" tires/wheels. Maybe.

But, it is a good start.

A stock Tacoma (TRD Off Road package IS required.:boink:) can do the Raptor thing. I bet a stock Tundra could too...

LOL, I saw that a while back. Did you ever see the aftermath of that jump. It landed on a Toyota Camry. The Camry was smashed pretty well, but the driver survived(in the Camry). The truck looked like it was not salvageable, frame damage looked too extensive.

Yessir, there was a bit of twisted steel. For some reason I was thinking it was a Corolla, but in any case, now we know what happens when an unstoppable force hits an immovable object. ;)
