We’ve got a lot of “flat roofs” out here with very little pitch, I had a Single carport that I wanted a door on, highest I could go was a 6’6” rough opening. Haha we don’t even park in there, it’s my tool/project area. I use the space above the header sort of like cubbies, but maybe I could squeeze something in on the tall end of the roof

See lots of overhead storage. Just need to clean and organize.

    It’ll buff out. :D

The last 5 hrs I spent running drip line in the new hot-tub bed. Not really exciting. At all. LOL

On a positive note, I finally picked up a battery powered 4.5” Angle Grinder (Ryobi, which I’m not a huge fan of - I have a Bosch Kit) which came free when purchasing a double-battery/charger kit for $100.00.
Batteries were the bigger 4AH Lithium’s. I think the deal is only for a few days.
There are a handful of free “attachments” to choose from.

2X4AH batteries, charger, and 4.5” angle grinder? Yep, couldn’t pass up. Lol

Bosch guy too, FYI Lowes has free 4.0 battery and charger with bare tool purchase. Hell I just bought a band saw I didn't need, already had the angle grinder and viber saw.

I’m seriously laughing out loud on my back patio right now, thanks to that post LOL.

eta - 10pm PST, drip line is *finally* finished.
15 yards of dark hemlock mulch was delivered earlier today, and I’m thinking I might attempt to cover the new bed tonight. Midnight is my curfew :D

Finished the bed last night at 12:45pm - burnt 1760 calories yesterday! LOL
Did 4 more hours on the front bed tonight.

(the wider bench is put in where it is because I didn’t want the dog walking on the deck when it was muddy)

Had the day off so I got a few projects done. Did a floor transition piece from the dining room with tile to the living room that’s hardwood. There was a 1/2” difference. The Lowe’s down the road had it in stock. Did a little drywall muddling as well. There was a small gap under a counter top. So I filled that in. Sand it tomorrow. I also pressure washed the back wall of my backyard. It’s cinder block and painted. The paint was bubbling up in spots. So I borrowed my buddy’s pressure washer and went to work.
    736DB75D-4F63-458B-B17A-D35A03A34921.jpg
I also hooked up the existing outdoor sink after giving it a pressure wash. Turns out every hose is old and cracked and leaks. And the faucet was broken. So a trip to the Home Depot or Lowe’s is in my future.

Spread about 8 yards of bark with a snow shovel the past 6 hours in the front, side, and island. Also added some up-lighting in the new bed. Still need to do downlighting.

My buddy came over and agreed to design a few more beds with me. What a pain in the ass. Wish he was around when I built the house. :(

The tractor did a number on my grass in this pic. It was worth not wheel-barrowing multiple tons of rock though.
