    Funny you say that... I was at work when the insurance company finally came by to take it away and my wife called me sobbing. She had always jokingly referred to it as the other woman and she said that she could not explain why she was crying about them taking it.

    I have had several close calls, and several near misses in my truck. All freak me out, not because I almost crashed or hit a deer... i could care less about about that.

    It's because I almost seriously messed up my truck.

    Pops made a remark earlier that the frame on this truck is ⅓ the thickness of the '79 F150 he had.

    I told him that the metallurgy may not be the same as it was then. Maybe it has improved?

    Thank you! It actually came tinted from the dealer. I wanted it tinted front and back. Thats one mod i didnt have to do thankfully lol Thanks again!

    I got the 20x9 +20 offset, they stick out about an inch, perfect stance for me. I didnt want side fenders or over spray from the road on my paint. These fit almost stock.

    after reviewing my own build thread I found the following ...

    My (previous wheel and tire combo) Fuel Nutz wheels are 20x9 +20 offset and 295/60 tire


    just as Edgar said, about an inch outside the stock fender. Looks great without flares.

    Front with flares (you can imagine them removed for reference)

    I'll be using my 275/60 Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws (almost new) that are currently on my Platinum 20s so I'll see how much they rub when I get them put on. They said it'll be middle of next week when they get here.

    When I first installed my 20x9 +20 wheels with the 295/60 tires I only had rubbing on the liners. It was only after I install some 1“ wheel spacers that bought my offset to a -5 that I started to rub on the cab mount. With any luck, on 275/60’s and +18 wheels you won’t have much rubbing at all.

    My wheels came in today. It did rub on the air deflectors at full lock so I removed them.
