One piece is the way to go. It's a little awkward to handle when installing, but you never have to worry about the gasket between the tank and seat.

However, I’m not wanting to drop over $200 on the kids toilet. I did see one (they allegedly have in stock) but it’s the push button flush, and not handle. Aren’t those more of a PITA?

I don't know much about the push button kind. But c'mon, don't you want your kid's butts seated in style?:D

Prior to move in, (2 years ago) I noticed what appeared to be a leak. They (builders) said there wasn’t one

kids told me it’s leaking more. I looked at it, it was coming from the tank screws. I bought new ones- over tightened and bam lol.
Pretty sure it was leaking from there from the get-go from a hairline crack. I just made it worse

My equestrian project is progressing along very well.

My iron barn doors had been hung and are ready for the concrete footings, glass and wood.

I’m working on installing the 1x6 tongue and groove ceiling in the main center cupola this week. It’s 24’x24’ and 40’ up in the air. It’s going to be the pièce de résistance.
    3E68B165-21AE-4C43-B4F1-4ABA9F45E6EF.jpg
All of my stall fronts have been set and are ready to have the stained 2x6 tongue and groove pine installed.

My sitework guys have made a lot of progress with the roads and grading. Unfortunately the horizon is very cloudy from the saharan dust today.

My welders have finished about 95% of the fencing for the two arenas.
    77378D1A-8972-4A4A-9CB2-00074E7F32B3.jpg
All 20x of the Stall turn outs have 2” thick rubber pavers for the horse to walk on. This is a lot of work and preparation to get these installed around all the fencing and columns. It’s going to look great when it’s finished!

Anywho... this site used to cost me money for my truck, now it’s costing me money on my house. Lol. This thread specifically. Ya see those Aootek solar motion sensor lights at the bottom of the page? Got them and installed them on the eves of my garage. Living on a private street has its advantages. It’s really quite, I literally own the street in front of my house. Downside, no street lights. And due to a weird AF wiring situation, the light switch for the lights outside the garage are in the garage. That does me no good. And yeah, I know those light are installed upside down.

I’m building everything on the project but I’m not the owner. The one common denominator in the clients I work for is they are typically entrepreneurs or business owners.

You could get some dusk-to-dawn sensor bulbs for those lights and put them in when you flip them right side up. :D

Mind you, I will be getting a Ring camera system in the next few weeks. So more light the better, right?

Yes but I’m confused on why it matters that the switch is in the garage.....
