Well I picked up my 17 from the shop today after them fixing it. While they had it I had the aftermarket tow mirrors from 1aauto installed, I like them but wish there was a way to tighten up the arms a little bit. All in all very pleased to have it back. More to be done to it in the coming weeks.IMG_0102.jpg

It just doesn't look right when Tundras don't have tow mirrors! What other mods do you have coming up?

Nothing major, the arms move a little when you shut the doors.

    Nice truck

Can I ask which tow mirrows from A1 are you using? Looking at their web site they have several to choose from.

John, did you have to install new UCA's when you did your 3" level kit? I'm really considering a ToyTec 3/1-1.5 shackles and I have heard both sides of the coin. "You need new UCA's" and "You don't need UCA's". I'm tossed at what to do.

No I didnt have to install UCA, the ones I have (factory) work just fine. Now if I was going to do some heavy off roading I would consider it but have never done it.

Thanks for the response. I will be doing some off-roading in the future but wouldn't consider it "HEAVY".

Thanks, yes the mirrors are from 1aauto. They have there pros and cons, the main one is they shake some and when your in a cross wind they like to whistle but other than that they seem to do just fine.
