Good call. Basically, I did the same back in 2018. I’ve been looking a Sequoias for sale and they are dirt cheap with less miles when comparing to the same years 1st Gen Tundras. Thinking about buying Sequoia and taking all the seats out to use it as a camper. Just keep the two front seats. I like the 03-04 years. Many of these were soccer mom vehicles and maintained by the stealer. A little beat up on the interior, but functionally taken care. Seeing some as low as $2900-3900 with 150-200k miles.

You basically have that all nailed.. These Sequoias are low key the biggest bargain of any car/SUV on the market.

Sold some ragged 5100's on offerup and this surfer dude pulled up in a clean looking Sequoia. He basically said what you said. Old woman and highway driven...... Ready? 380k miles on the clock and it idled as smooth as mine.

I took out my 3rd row and and can tumble forward the second row without removing them. My friend whose 6'4 was able to lay down comfortably back there.. That rear AC/heat is great.

Had a delivery guy (delivered my ignition coils last year) pull up with 500k on his. Still running strong he said. He loved it.

My wife is 100% vegan. Doesn't bother me at all and the meals she makes are still really good. I was pretty judgemental about vegans before she started and I found out that most of my basis for this was mostly ignorance on my part. I follow some vegan bodybuilders that are absolute monsters. Check out Nimai Delgado. The idea that you can't get enough protein without meat is a lie.

Anyways, I love milk and cheese too much to be vegan but I support my wife and there are definitely health benefits to eating clean.

I don't have much issue with vegans. To each their own. The Woman likes vegan food, says she feels better after eating it. I've tried some of the soy based vegan stuff, tofu etc. It just tastes like crap to me. I'll eat a salad or other veggies no problem. I'm a full blown meat eater though. I eat meat of some type at almost every meal.

When it comes to clean eating, the best I've found is some version of the "paleo" diet. Humans are omnivores. Science proves that. Our bodies are genetically designed to live off of vegetables, fruits and meats. Stick with those, cut out processed crap, limit the amount of grains and you'll be doing pretty darn good.

As for body building, with modern day supplements you don't technically need meat, but it's not natural to get your protien primarily from other sources. I think it's amazing what some people can make their bodies like with hard work and discipline, but the supplements sure help make something like being a vegan bodybuilder possible.

Oh hell nah. Yall stat talking spicy shit while I'm driving back home and dealing with getting back home? I LOVE the spicy shit. I stopped at pepper palace in OKC just to pick up some more awesome sauce. I did the spicy wing challenge at BWW. I posted a stupid pic of the hot sauce I was drunkenly eating. I love the spicy.

    Ok what's happening here? :monocle:
I see steaks on the grill but no invitations???? :annoyed:
    Talks about vegan??? :anonymous:

    Allergies??? :help:

    Hot sauce too?:rasta:

I have lost a little over 30 lbs recently, been sick in the stomach area for a few months. All the tests say I'm the perfect bill of health but something is wrong. Believe it or not, suddenly developed allergies to soy. You will be surprised as to how much food has soy.

Nutritionist said my metabolism is to fast, she wants me to start eating more meals per day. She actually said "eat a double cheeseburger with bacon and go right to bed". No vegan here. Every persons body is different and reacts differently to what we eat. So the statement of "vegan and eating clean" is a falsehood. Eating clean for me is rice & beans, mashed potatoes and plenty of quality dead animals ( I prefer the steak).
Hot sauce hot sauce and hot sauce. I miss hot sauce. I grew up on hot sauce but a few years ago my body said that's it, no more. If I even smell it, I start to sweat and sometimes get the jitters. I still slip a little in when I cook, I can't help it.

I'm hungry now, it's 5:30 am so grilling will be frowned upon. Should I be so considerate to the whole neighborhood?

I stay away from the Soy unless its Soy Sauce on my Chinese Food. Tofu is awful.

Plant based Protein isn’t just Soy. Its Peas and Beans. The other cool aspect of Vegan is the use of many different spices which is part of the Palette Expansion I alluded earlier.

I love meat. Just don’t eat it as much as I used to. I’ve always enjoyed veggies, too.

I think the biggest thing I’ve noticed about my body is the reduction of soreness, body/joint ache, and inflammation after work out. Never had allergies/sickness etc. prior so can’t comment on those.

Coconut Tacos are pretty good. Liquid Smoke does a good job in prep. There is a Vegan Bakery close by and there are some Vegan Big Mamas that work in there. They have some good stuff.

You will have more gas than ever and an extra trip (or two) a day to the head.

From what I understand, Propylene glycol is the problem. Some of it is based on soy. This stuff is used in a lot of food.
Then there's food like mayonnaise that has soybean oil. The list of food here is long.
I also realized that the ingredient list on food is incomplete. Food flavoring is sometimes listed and sometimes not. Food flavoring has Propylene glycol but that is not listed. Then of course they don't list what is based on.
This is my new hell. I have to read, then take a few bites and wait and see what happens. That double cheeseburger with bacon is sounding really good, so long as I make it fresh.

    @empty_lord

I did a vin lookup for safety recalls regarding my truck. The only one I saw was frame recall "Safety Recall BXD" and BZD supplemental info.

Would a dealer even touch my truck with all the work I've done to it?

If they would I may go that route before purchasing a new/used frame, and take you up on your offer.

What are you wanting done at the dealer? I thought it was voted that your frame still had some life left in it?

It was voted that, yes. Out of curiosity I figured I would see what would be done anyway while I'm off work, and do not "need" to drive around.

Gotcha. Are you wanting them to see if they will replace the frame? I don't think the rust removal you've done would prohibit them from looking at it.
