I'm sorry if this as been answered but I can't find it. I'm doing the Tech12 install and everywhere I've looked they refer to the OEM location of the tweet to install the new tweets. I'm not seeing OEM tweets in my 2019 Limited NON-JBL system.

So it looks like the obvious place is to locate it in the pillar panel easy enough but I thought I would ask first and if anyone has any pics of where the located. Even if I do the pillar I'm not sure what would be best hi,low, med vertically?

    Thanks in advance.

This is the pillar panel I’m talking about.

I'm curious why you're installing tweeters in the back. I've found that rear tweeters ruin the sound stage. They pull your hearing all over the place even when time corrected.

Use two way coax for highs in the rear

the Tech12 system comes with the tweets. They are standard install for the crew cab front and back. So I’m just doing it because it’s part of the bundle.

As ruining the “sound stage” I’m just not detailed enough to tell the difference and my hearing is continually getting worse. I do like to be able hear without distortion so the tweets help with over coming the heavy bass (that I like on certain songs)

But I digress the system is 1000 times better right now, the addition of the tweets can hardly ruin it.

Ok I saw a pic and liked the location. Ended up with this. The boy and I just took a test drive, he approves, and he never approves
