Nice! I just literally got back from a local tire shop that will mount the 35’s. Now I’m just waiting like you for the Bora spacers. Spoke with Lenny at Bora and he said I should have them by Thursday. (Hopefully!)
Sorry to see you going through all those hiccups. We’ll get there!

True that. I just got off the phone with Lenny at BORA myself and he said they weren't ordered by CB until May 12th, that's a month after I paid for them. He said they were finished last week and should be back from the anodizer today or tomorrow and ship by Wednesday. That puts them here in Florida in four days after shipping, probably the middle of next week.

Awesome! I'm glad you found someone to mount yours, I've decided to go with the 35x12.5 Toyo At III's now myself.

    Stuffed some 305/70/17’s under there.

Thick shim and +3 shackles with the bumper extension. Removed the front and rear splash guard ms and absolutely no rubbing.

@Coachbuilder1 Im still going to order the steering kit but wanted to drive it without it first so I have some good comparison.

Had to do some cutting in the wheel well so its not tearing up the tire but it's got a cunt hair gap at full turn between the tire and frame so that's gotta go

Finished the process of the CB Pro Kit install yesterday with the install of Toyo AT III 35x12.5 tires. Finally got the Bora spacers needed to finish everything on Wednesday evening. Tires fit great and no issues, BMC, +3 shackles, coilover shims, steering kit, carrier bearing drop kit, bumper shims, 1.25" Bora spacers. Re-aligned after tire install and took it out on the highway up to 90 mph for a steering/tire test, with no vibration or wobble, steers true with no pull, steering wheel at dead center as before. First impressions of larger than stock tires is some loss in acceleration (minimal) as expected with heavier 35" tires, rides more like a truck than with the stock "car" tires, some tire hum at highway speeds but not overbearing and much quieter than other AT tires on my other 4WD vehicle. Overall love the stance and ride quality, I think it looks perfect to me as far as ride height and tires filling up the wheel wells. Will take it out to some trails this weekend to see how it feels to get her offroad and "locked in". Thanks to David @Coachbuilder for his help in this process and for the well engineered products, also a shout out to Lenny @Bora for his help too.

Anyone know what current lead time is? I ordered a week and a half ago and have tried reaching out. I know there’s delays in production but just wasn’t sure if anyone receny ordered and know what the lead time on shipping is? I’m installing new ucas while I’m at it and don’t want to do two alignments.

Sorry for such a late response. I ended up replacing the driver side coilover spring at the dealership after a lengthy inspection and discussion. This did remove most of the lean I was experiencing...at least put it within the "acceptable" spec. It was about an inch off when I first put the kit on, but it is now within .25 inches or less per their measurements with the new coilover.

Cris, it turned out really nice and looks great! Your CMC/BMC appears to have been a clean job, too. It was worth the wait. Enjoy it!

I installed the bump stop extensions and have taken it out on some light trails and dunes at the beach without any issues. I have flexed the suspension a little just to test it out and see if my 35's were going to rub or not, but definitely not rock climbing or anything technical.

You all running the CB+3 shackles, did you retain your TRD Pro rear shocks (Fox)? Did you have to use a shock extender? When I’m at full droop, while installing, my shock tower is about 1 1/2” short and I had to Jack the axle up to reattach shock. Anyone had any problems running shocks this way?

thinking about doing this. currently running 5100s front and rear (mid setting in the front only). it saga under load. I want about an inch of rake.

for what it’s worth, I’m leaning toward 18x9 Method 701s (+25) with 295/70r18 Toyo AT2s as well. after that, I intend to put on aftermarket bumpers (road armor or fab fours).

does anyone have any suggestions or opinions on what I might want to consider? what is the benefit of doing this over moving the 5100s up a notch or two in the back?

Is it worthwhile to get the CB steering kit?

I’ve lifted multiple Toyota trucks over the years and never seemed to have an issue not upgrading the tie rod ends. Just wondering if it’s worth the extra $400 as compared to only getting the shims and shackles.
