Steering wheel covers

I thought about one but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

 

I've always wanted to get the nice wheel with the wood grain on top but not too high on the priority list.

 

I had a wood trimmed steering wheel on my last car and it wasn't as good to have as you'd think. It was in my Lexus and the wood would start to fade and if your hands your hands weren't totally dry it would slip right out from under your fingers. I prefer my Tundra's steering wheel over my Lexus any day.

 

Didn't think about not having dry hands, makes sense. I just remember driving with one once and it was nice. Thanks for the heads up.

The wheel that came with my tundra is perfect.

 

I have an SR5 and I wish I had a leather wrapped steering wheel.

I'll end up keeping it as is though.

I wish the Tundra's came with a leather wrapped cover from the factory like the Tacomas and the rest of the Toyota models..

Platinum model does have a leather wrapped steering wheel. I saw on one of the forums that a member replaced his truck's stock steering wheel with that of a Platinum.
