Same here. I talked to her and the harness connecting to the module is wired wrong. She's getting them to fix the harness and will send out the correct ones when she gets them.

Did your guys stick up a bit farther than the old one?

Mine went from 13.8v to 14.3v. Got the direction right on the first time.

Finally getting a chance to repurpose some old cedar planks for mending some fence. Also, getting the trimmer ready to thresh some serious wild tall grass around it too.

I guess the past 10 years of telling me he was jealous of my 2nd gen and then 3rd gen finally got to him.

Completed stage 1 of Tech12volt installation. And also did the fold down mod for DCs

We got kittens this weekend so I lost a lot of time. This is a very nice install as in they really make it turn key. Considering I got the amp installed and the sub, still running stock speakers, it sounds 100 times better than the stock. Stage 2 will be installing the speakers, if it adds even a marginal improvement I’ll be pleased, it’s already good enough.

For now here are some pics of the install so far, I hope to do a little right up later. For now and I really feel stupid... There is no way the sub box will go behind the seat as there really is zero room. After wrestling it for and hour I realized my greed for not wanting to loose my storage lockers under the seat blinded me to the fact there is no room for any box no matter the size, maybe a tube with a 6”. I’m 49 years old I know damn well when the box goes in you are losing space!

So it’s really good that I did the fold down mod, at least I can store straps. I took a pic before & after cut, I also tried to put some shrink wrap on to replace the rubber that covered the edge prior to cutting, not perfect but works.
And I’ll throw in a pic of the kittens, Tupac & Biggie. :) After about an hour of playing they decided to nap on the wife’s legs

1” straight across measuring from the tip.

Then came back did 45 degree cut eyeballing 1/8- 1/4”

And filed it off, I’m not very good finesse.. but it works perfect.

Did the cheap leather steering wheel wrap from Amazon. Took a solid 4 hours of taping, tucking and sewing... Not that kind...

I'm overall very happy with the quality and fit, but I need to do something else with the area behind the horn/airbag/top of the steering wheel. There wasn't quite enough material to get it to sit right on one side

Also I took care of an eyesore today.
Had a bunch of exhaust residue on my bumper and some on the paint above the exhaust tip

Took a little time and elbow grease but got it back to new condition

Where did you get the color matched grill and bulge?
