I just picked up a pistol I have been wanting for a loooong time:) Decided I would show her off here... The FDE G19 I have had for about 2 years and it has well over 3000 rounds through it... The G30s I found was lightly used and has $160 trijicon sights. Pretty happy about that. It is my new EDC...Traded my beloved G21 for it... I just love these compact Glocks!! What are you guys rockin? g1.jpg

I love my G19, and KAHR CW9. The 19 is my winter carry gun, and the CW is my shorts weather carry, or just general carry.
If I'm driving somewhere where I can't carry, I'll put the G19 in the center console
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1423240858.143972.jpg

(Pic is from my old 2nd gen, but the 3rd gen center console is a tad different, but the holster is still mounted against the side.)

Nice pistol! You aren't alone, I think Sig would be my choice if I hadn't gone HK.

I enjoy shooting my sub compact glock better than my full size glocks. It has a better feel to it, especially during rapid fire. It doesn't make sense to me, the full size should feel better IMHO.

I like the sigs, but they are too heavy for my taste.

I would definitely have a Sig or an HK if I could afford them:) My boss has a Sig SP2022 and it shoots really nice and is super smooth but for $450-500, I would just get another Glock. I think its good to shoot the same "system" that way when you need it, it will be like 2nd nature... This is why I don't have any 1911s either...and I can't afford em... I will be headed out to the hills Friday or Saturday this week to test the 30s. I will report back my experience with pics:)

I have a newer model Sig and I love it. I am a huge glock fan and didn't expect to like the Sig. It shoots great, I actually shoot better with the Sig than my glocks, which I didn't expect.
Cons- It is more of a pain to clean than a glock, its needs more lubrication than a glock, and its double action (my opinion here). I don't like the idea of having two different trigger pulls.
The simplicity of a glock is nice. No hammer or decocker.

Find somebody with an HK that has the LEM trigger kit, give it a try...
Exposed hammer that is always decocked(no safety lever), double action with the same pull first to last shot.
    I LOVE mine.

I would let you try mine on one of my trips through PA going back home to Joisey, but both of those states have some ignorant laws about carrying firearms...

Just picked up my Springfield Armory XD Mod 2- .45ACP 3" sub-compact. So that means I'll soon be working up my console mod to have a home for it. Also did my paperwork yesterday to purchase some suppressors. Silencerco-Omega for my Tavor and Savage .243, and a Silencerco-Osprey 45 for my 9mm and .45. Now I just wait for the stamps... Running time about 99 days!

I had been looking at the XD-S in a .45 for a long time and when I was ready to purchase saw this newer model and was instantly sold. It will be a nice addition to the collection.

Love the fatter grip with double stack mag in it. Makes the wider grip much more comfortable in the hand than the XD-S IMO. Might not be the best for a concealed carry, but neither of us have a CCW yet anyways so it doesnt have to be the most compact gun around. I'll probably get an XD-S for that later, or perhaps a Glock 26 or 43

been eyeballing the mod 2 since they first came out with the 9 and .40 but figured it wouldnt be long till the .45 was out...behold, prayers were answered and now im out serching high and low for a good price on one. I def want the bitone, MSRP of 599 and anyone ive gone to asked 700 for it. Still have hope in finding a better price and when i do i will def get it. Wife has a Sig p220 but its her service weapon (PD) will look into getting her one too

Can't wait until the hype is over on the Glock 43... The 42 is only slightly smaller so it seems like it'll be perfect for summer carry. No way I'd spend over $500 on it though...I'd like to stick with Glock but if all else fails, I'll just get me a S&W Sheild...

Went camping and shooting with friends. Shot a 9mm scorpion, glock and AR-15.
Shot 15 rounds quick with the glock, no hearing protection sat. Still have a slight ring and muffled sound in my left ear. Thinking its a little swollen and will go back to normal soon.
    Always wear hearing protection
