It's been a few years since I've hunted...maybe 6 months since I've fished...I wish CO had oceans for deep sea fishing.

    We have bass...

Lots of rainbow trout, cat fish, crappie, etc...fly fishing is big out here too with the rivers...I prefer to fish from the lakes though.

I prefer stream fishing with worm :) drop it in a good hole a few times and out comes a brook trout, brown trout or rainbow trout. It's the hike along the stream and only the sound of the water flowing down the creek that make this the best type of fishing.

Rebuilt engine, painted it bright green and hand-polished the valve cover. Lots of stickers.

The darkness really doesnt effect me as much as the summer daylight to be honest, trying to sleep at 10:00 with it looking like noon outside is something else.
It wasnt as big as I would have liked so I'm just doing a half mount on it, step dad is a taxadermist so just had to overnight the hide down to Oregon and the rest is free !!!

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
Just ran some trot lines over the weekend. I caught about 10 Catfish (4 Channels; 4-7 Pounds, 4 Blues; 7-45 pounds, 2 Flatheads; 15-22 pounds).

Caught several largemouth Bass (2-5 pounds) as well as 20 or so Sogeye (2.5 to 6 pounds).

Here are some pictures. Sorry I cannot post more... I never include pictures that have my face... for security reasons.

Usually late August or September depending on the weather. Had some crazy winters the last few years, a couple years recently I hunted in shorts and a tshirt. The weather affects the rut a lot too.
