I plan to get the Bilstein 5100s, adjustable so I can raise the front and level it out.
Rims? Get what you like, it's subjective.
For tires I plan to get LT tires rather than the factory P tires so it handles a bit better.

I got a set of new take off OEM LED headlights from a 2019 that I swapped into mine with a harness from ihacker and they were a night and day difference! More modern look and far better performance. 100% recommended.

    >Go OEM LED for lights, you'll be the most happy with them and they are factory-sealed.
    >Suspension, what's your truck's purpose...mall crawler or dirt queen? Either way, Bilstien 5100 will suffice for looks and function, the rest depends on your budget as it seems to be logarithmic the more one wants...
    >Tires, I cannot say enough about the Cooper ST MAXX tires...they're thick sidewalls (10ply) make for a truck feel and improved comfort in turns...when it rains and makes mud or snow, you get thru the hurdle better than what's there from the factory and than some...cry once, pay once and be good to go!

how do they sound on the road? Don’t want anything that’s going to be annoying for regular driving also.

I don't notice them much. They're not Super Swampers and the Tundra isn't a Tesla either tho...they have become the only tires I have on my 4x4 vehicles tho and still boast a 55k mile warranty!
