The dual inlet pipes on the regular cab short box are shorter than what you find other tundra trucks, especially on the drivers side. I could not find any of the 'brand names' that offered a bolt-on cat-back for the RCSB so I contacted Dirty Deeds, Keith told me that he could make one. I said excellent, now can you make one that is as quiet as the stock muffler?

He didn't have much space to work with, but Keith was up for the challenge and he came up with this 2 mufflers into a Y pipe followed by one additional muffler custom cat-back. It may be a little quieter than the stock muffler, and it sounds great when I apply the throttle. The power gain is noticeable, and I gained low end power. Keith knocked this one out of the park - grand slam.

    The mufflers are 16", 10" and 8.5".

That sounds awesome. I really dig how Keith is able to fine tune things and come up with just the solution no matter what the customer is looking to accomplish.

Not since I owned this ram air 455 H.O. Pontiac have I had a vehicle that performed so well, and sounded so good that I just want to get in and drive it with no particular destination in mind.

How would you say it compares to stock muffler sound? both on and off throttle?

    Thanks

That is solid looking? If I may, what did that run you to have made/shipped? I am looking for another setup now

    Thanks

I ordered it 09/11/2019 during his best sale ever, from what I understand the price was lower than will ever be offered again, and if my memory is correct, it was less than $850 with resonator & shipping.

Thats not too bad. Just out of curiosity, what was your purpose for swapping our your current setup? Rusted out? wanted different sound?

I had lowered the bed 3.25" and my factory system had to be dumped ahead of the axle for clearance purposes, the BAMuffler system gave me the extra power that I was looking for, and it allowed me to run a tail pipe over the axle. I still had to cut 24" off the tail pipe, but that's okay and Keith came up with a longer resonator to compensate for the shortened tail pipe.

that makes sense. what was the reason for dropping the bed? I had not heard of that. Also, do you like the TRD sway bar? I am on the fence on getting it. what has been your experience?

I didn't pay that. You know we Tundra folks never pay full MSRP on anything for our trucks...

Fair enough, and I will admit that it sounded nice. Just not sure how loud it actually is. Are you driving one of those trucks that I hear a mile and a half away on the highway parallel to my road?
