C908E4BE-0E68-4436-9AD5-DFC2C4FEF605.jpg Traded my Tundra for another 4R today. Going to be looking for an older Tundra that I can beat up and not feel bad about it. I’ll miss the 17 Tundra, but the 18 4R OR is like an old ball mitt, it just fits and it makes me smile. I’ll be on 4runners.com as grilla36. Later

I went from Tacoma to 4runner to tundra. I don’t miss my 2018 4runner offroad premium. The 4Runner was too slow for me. Tundra has enough power for my needs.

Well it does weigh as much as the Tundra and have a V-6. We have a 2017 4Runner. A PC would wake it up. I have one in my Tundra.

Yeah. I get it. I went from. Tacoma to 4runner to Tundra to 4runner. I think they’re all great in their own way. I can only afford one payment and it’ll be easier to find an old reliable Tundra for cash than an old 4R....maybe.

I'm over there too. We have a 2017. It's a solid beast for sure.

We had a 2018 and a 1985 4R at the same time. Both were slugs. 2018 would’ve been better IF I did not modify it. As soon as you get rid of stock tires and add a 2.5” lift, it struggles. I do miss my leather seats in the ORP though.

    Nice ride! Here's our '14.

4Runner, Tundra... can't really go wrong either way.

Congrats on getting a rig you love. Looks nice! Did you get the KDSS? Anyway, you don't gotta bail just cuz you moved out of the Tundra. Plenty of members here have moved out of the Tundras, but are still active. Either way, best of luck on the new adventures!

Very nice. I have been kicking around getting a Sequoia for a while now, just to get something different

Traded my F-150 for a 2018 4Runner which I really liked. Downsized to 1 vehicle. The wife wasn’t crazy about it so we traded that in on a Lexus RX350, and then I bought my 2019 Tundra DC.
    I’d like to find a 4Runner again...

My wife has a 16 4Runner. It’s our family car too so I end up driving it a lot. They are great cars a little under powered but really can’t go wrong. At least you are staying in a Toyota!

The 4runners are awesome. My 14 was lifted and though it wouldn’t win many drag races I pulled an ambulance out that got stuck in the soft sand at the dunes. We were at the right place at the right time and had my quad trailer unhooked and strap hooked up before the EMT’s could even start trying to get it free.

Unfortunately that one got traded on my last Tundra.... but the wife wanted another one so

Plus Keith makes exhaust for them so that’s cool

    Enjoy the new 4Runner.
