Some of my build is on schedule, most of it isn't (change of plan due to 'Rona and summer plans changing). So far, this is what I have modified
    1. Added Pedal Commander
    2. Added wireless charger to center console
    3. Added AMP Research power running boards
    4. Added ADJ Shift Gate, AC vent rings and Climate knob rings
    5. Wrapped the ugly faux wood on dash and doors
    6. Wrapped the steering wheel in leather
    7. Replaced the JBL amp with an Infinity Kappa 5 (DSR1 as well)
    8. Swapped out factory speakers (minus dash speakers) for Hertz CPK 165s (from @tech21volt) - Sounds so good now I might not replace the HU
    9. Replaced the Sub Speaker with a cheap, but much better speaker (Rockville W8T4-S4 8" Shallow Mount)
    10. Swapped out the Chrome 4x4 badge with a black one
    11. Replaced the Chrome mirror caps with MGM
    12. Added MGM domed letters to the TUNDRA stamp
I haven't modified anything this much since I was working on my '68 mustang as a 20 year old. Its been fun.

More to come in the coming months.

I should have mentioned the mountain bike inner-tube is the game changer for 1794 steering wheel wraps - it was in an answered question or review on Amazon.

Got a few more things done. So grateful for a couple write ups: @Ckatz53 on for how to remove the exterior door handles; @bensky for how he painted his exterior handles to match color; @15TRDPro for how he painted his interior handles

I am over the moon with the results. Paint cost ~$25. Would have been close to $1000 to replace (if I remember correctly).

Did 2 coats of Plastic Adhesion Promoter on everything, 4 coats of IG3 (MGM Color), 3 coats of top coat for the exterior handles. For the Interior, I did the same 2 coats of Adhesion promoter then 5 coats of SEM Black. Read the @bensky thread and followed what he did and the instructions on the can - small smooth coats, not trying to do too much in one coat.

Being that the 1794 doesn't seem to have the exact same handles as the write ups, I had to figure some things out along the way. Had to mask off the handles so as to only leave the only the chrome exposed. Took my time and it came out well. Gave the Clear Coat on the exterior handles 24 hours to dry.

Also add a second amp to the system - did the write up here

Again, thanks to @Ckatz53; @bensky and @15TRDPro for your write ups.

You hit your handles with some polish after they dried too? My will finish drying today and curious if yours needed polishing

i cant seem to get mine to have the same finish. Still dull compared to truck. The paint color was spot on but that clear by dupli is frustrating me.

More mods completed, quick update for now:

Paint is chipping on exterior handle so disappointed. Still preferable to the chrome.

Interior 100% dechromed minus the console badge which I like.

Moved the amps behind rear passenger seats. Made a mount out of 5/8 plywood paint black. Both amps back there. Replaced the sub with a 10” Infiniry Reference Shallow in a box built by James. Used one of the mounts from the oem sub box for the grounds for the amps, 4guage to a distribution box. left the DSR1 under the passenger seat. Had to run speaker wires to the DSR from the amps. Bass is amazing now.

Swapped the UCAs for SPCs and the shocks for 6112/5160. Found the 6112s on FB marketplace after a tip for a Tundras.com brother. Also threw on Toytec shackles and set at 1.5. Alignment in a few days to see how close I got it.

Put 285/75r17s on some Icon Vector 5s. I went black while most are looking for a splash of color, but I’m not that bold whe it comes to color.

I have a DD 10” on order and excited for that to come it.
    More pics later.

Looks awesome. How bad are the handles chipping? I've been debating what to do to my '15 Sunset Bronze 1794...

Bad enough that I need to pull them off, sand them down and redo them completely. I think I will do about 10 coats of clear next time.

Been thinking about wrapping my Sports Steering wheel. Looks like you completed the work while it was on the truck. What was install time?

Takes a couple hours of steady getting after it.
