Forgot to post pictures. First time grilling a ribeye on the Camp Chef. Had the heat turned down all the way down. Camp Chef gets significantly hotter than Blackstone. The steak came out really good! Had some crispness to it!!!!

Next time I cook, I am going to throw some smoke on it on the Yoder first. Then put on the flat top to get a crispy crust!

Cut up a whole beef tenderloin. Going to do filets and baked potatoes tonight for dinner. I will have some extra filets that I will use the Food Saver on. I will have them for lunch and on salads. Cut up the cap and made some filet chunks to put in chili or add to some pot roast this week. Got some good scraps that is useable after all of the sheath has been removed. Added in an 18 oz. sirloin with the scraps and hot 10 large burgers to use at another time!

Going to do a reverse sear. Smoke for about 30 to 45 minutes then sear them off. Seasoned with Kosmo's Q Cow Cover and SPG.

    Speaking of sausages.....

Went to Sam's club a couple weekends ago and saw these beef smoked sausages. Never saw them before. They are actually legit! We are them for breakfast, on the grill, cut up in pasta, marinara, and peppers. I went and got some more today.

Me also.... We do like Costco better. I buy most of my meat from Costco. I pass Sam's on my way home from work so it is easy to swing in and grab some stuff. Plus they have been putting out whole Beef Tenderloins for $6.68/lb. and their prime tenderloins for $8 / lb. That is unheard of and about 1/3 of the price. I will not tell anybody how many tenderloins I have bought and cut up over the last couple weeks. My freezer is full of filets and ground up filet burgers.

Not sure ...Costco had them the other day so we took a chance. We were expecting Farmer type sausage but it was more of a cross between Farmer and Smokey.

They were quite tasty and we will definitely buy them again if they have them. We have some German Mennonite blood in us but had never heard of these before. Looks like they are made in SK Canada, which is nice to see.

As for Costco meats, it's out go-to for almost all our meat needs. 4.5lb boneless lamb leg on the rotisserie tomorrow from Costco

Costco has a very similar beef sausage. Obviously not Members Mark, but other than that the package label looks almost the same.

Boneless leg of lamb, french beans and lemon dill potatoes.

I'm not a big fan of lamb, but my wife and kids are, so I have to make it every so often. Did this one on the rotisserie until 135*, rested 15min, sliced and served.

I do love using the rotisserie though. It always turns out well and so easy to set it and forget it.

I am having my kitchen redone due to a water leak that ruined some of the cabinets. All our cooking is being done outside on the grill(s) for the past few weeks.
Last night was ribs, brats, potatoes, carrots and baked beans.

Looks like Cowboy has a (new to me) lump product at Costco. I’ve used the ‘normal’ Cowboy product, which is priced right but just ok. Wondering if anyone has tried their ‘lump’ product out? Price still good at Costco near me (Alpharetta, Ga). $21 for 34 lbs is awesome price

Wife made 'em. I believe olive oil, parsley, maybe some salt, pepper and garlic powder.
