What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

I did not know that. Pretty sure you're taller than me. I'm only 5'6". I can crack short jokes because I'm short. Same reason I can crack fat jokes and retard jokes.

Thanks! I did not do any video. I used Dupli-Color Adhesion Promoter, 3 coats of the Dupi-Color paint, sanded the paint off of the raised letters I wanted black, then 3 coats of Dupi-Color clear coat. take your time following Dupi-Color instructions for time between coats.
I do find myself open the hood for no reason now

 

Also want to know. I like this a lot better than the AJT designed pieces. Looks a lot cleaner and OEM.

Ok that looks great! Always wished the honeycomb grille was black instead of that gunmetal color. Might have to get one these, you recommend?

 

Has anyone is installed the various AJT interior accents in the white option? I’m wanting to do the full chrome delete in white (to watch my Superwhite) with the black screws, but I’m afraid the white might look cheap versus just doing a blackout. I wish there was an option for back with white screws!

 

Used it to upset a coworker by parking right next to his new F-150. he said i was making his look bad. lol.

 

He doesn’t need your Tundra next to him to look bad.

Not exactly, I had to open up the hole where the cigarette lighter was just a little bit. And I also had to cut and splice the wires. But all in, probably only took 15 minutes

We had a momentary pause where the monsoon slowed to a small shower so I ran outside and slapped on my TRD sway bar.

 

Well between the 18+ LED head light kit, the AMP steps power, the new auto window kit power, the LED front light bar, and the power wire the camper shell people ran I had to clean up the small wires. Still on the battery is the winch, the sub amp, and the air compressor I have under the hood. It's not real pretty but much more organized. Plan to clean it up a little bit more.

Edit- Guess what I just dropped.

 

That main power cable from the battery to the fuse box looks very small, one of the cables coming off a fuse on the right side looks larger. Pulling a lot of current thru an undersized cable can lead to fire.

 

Let us know how different the ride is? I've added a sway bar to my list after so many have said to get it but I want to test drive a Tundra that has it first.

 

Granted the pic looks odd but wire size and amp draw has been accounted for. Not all wire can be sized by eyeing the insulation.

 

It's well worth it, just added one a few months ago. Makes the truck feel so much more planted and stable around turns.

 

Okay, its moving up the list

Boost tow mirrors with powerfold harness/button are my next purchase. But after the mirrors I will work on the sway bar and ESP storage.

 

Night and day going around on/off ramps. So much less body roll. Bumps I didn't notice a huge difference

 

Does replacing crushed Engine Skid plate count?
