Is there really a 10k diff in price between the limited and Pro? I paid 48k for mine. Is the Limited really 38k?

I don't think so but with the Covid deals going on the prices are getting pretty low. Most limiteds I saw at the dealership were in the $45k range after markdown. Only trucks I saw under $40k were base model SR5's

Because I'm bored. Looks like it's a little less than 6k in difference.

Weird flex to get offended just because you have a PRO that doesn’t meet the criteria for this thread lol

And there's your proof, people buy a PRO and sell the wheels as soon as they can.
$800.00 seems like a fair price for these crappy wheels PRO owners don't seem to like much.

Here’s a “must read” link to explain why the Pro tundra is coveted by all.
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/special-air-in-the-tires-on-your-pro.14177/

Most people who denigrate the Pro, haven’t ever even ridden in one.

For those without a dictionary, denigrate means to “diss” (in the common speech).

almost used “vernacular”, but would’ve had to explain what THAT means too, lol!

Pro owners in the North Georgia area looking to dump those crappy wheels for cheap should contact me. Hell, while we are at it I'll even take those God awful Michelin tires off your hands.

The OP’s question can easily be turned around...Why buy an SR5 and make it like a Pro...replacing the grill, color matched bumper caps, Pro suspensions...the bottom line is, we all have our likes and dislikes. We spend our money as we see fit, not anybody else’s.

One’s decision will make sense to one person and not the other. This site is full of mods that is unique to a person and we all cheer them on spending their money.

I'm in no way hating on those who buy pro and upgrade suspension. More power to them! I'm just hoping someone would hit me up to sell/gift me their old pro suspension. :)

Considering that would be about 50% off from the dealer price, that would be a great price!

same here. I already have the bbs wheels. Just need the suspension. Then I’m done. I can wait patiently.

Just to be clear I don’t think anyone is hating on the PROs. I think they are a bad ass truck. To me the only upgrades that make a PRO worth it is the suspension and wheels. But why pay for the upgrades just to take them off and buy something else. It doesn’t make sense financially. You don’t see many people selling their platinum seats for aftermarket leather seats do you? But then I’m always looking to maximize every penny I got.

That special air thread is funny!

I have seen a few PRO's on Long Island. If I see the drivers, I ask where they off road it. None do. It is their money to spend as they see fit. As far as modifications, I track my 1969 Corvette. Before I make a modification I would ask "What is it doing (or not doing) that I want it to do?" Then find the solution to that specific issue. I think if you ask someone why they made a modification, the truth might be "It looks good". Again, I'm fine with that. Your truck, your money, be happy.
I got the TRD Sports package as the Bilstein shocks and sway bars are better for street driving. I don't go off road. So the PRO would not be utilized as it was intended.

A friend has a CJ7 and I have taken my unmodified Toyota 4WD trucks everywhere he has taken the Jeep all through the western USA. There are cost savings with some of the factory options with better shocks and tires but unless I was planning on entering the Baja 1000 and racing it again with a pickup it would not be on the basis of need.

I am curious as to where those who have modified the truck suspension are actually taking their trucks and why they felt the need to make the changes. Opinions without hands on real world experience do not inform.
