Who knows what this icon is, what does it mean? I already checked my Toyota App and went through the owners manual and the icons section, or dashboard. I wasn’t able to see that one, while off roading today it turned on, it stayed on for a while and then turned off.

    The sensor was probably dirty.

That’s the sensor located in the front of the grill correct?

makes sense I was doing donuts, and it was very windy. I tried going through the setting on the instrument cluster but couldn’t do anything. Which I’m sure you can’t turn it on and off, it’s preprogrammed.

    thanks guys!

you can turn it off if you hold down the traction control button for a few seconds. it turns off all your nanny controls. pair that with turning on tow/haul and you have a whole different ride

Okay now I’m intrigued, what does it really do when you press both buttons?

:burnrubber: she gets a little more pep in her step! seriously, turn on tow/haul and hold down traction control until your whole dash lights up (its really only a few lights, but yea) and go for a drive. you can only turn off the nannies while youre at a complete stop fyi.

Hec yeah I’m definitely going to be testing that out.

The only trick I knew was turning Traction Control Off and having it in 2WD, perfect for burning rubber and creating dust clouds!
