Yes, it sprays windhshield washer fluid onto the headlights. It does not affect the headlight pattern, but the washer nozzles mount on the bottom of the headlight housing.

Let me dig around in my photos and see if I have something to show you. I feel as though I am not explaining it thoroughly.

Here is the best picture I have. If it is still misunderstood I will go disassemble the truck, and take better ones.

The headlight in the picture is upside down in case anyone has difficulty.

I get the idea. You lose the mounting surface not the functionality. Might have to fab something up on your own. I bet any aftermarket lights will not have that capability.

Fabbing something up is totally possible, however I have a hard time making something just from measurements. It helps me to have something in my hands to hold, and feel. Will require thinkering

I'm actually in the process of placing my order for a bunch of different LEDs, fogs, and an HID kit. I thought it was 20% off everything in the store also???

EDIT: driven1, you are right. Hopefully @Headlight Revolution will be able to make a quick adjustment.

This is true, unfortunately in order to make it a 20% off sale from the original 15%, I had to set it for the XB Headlights only, otherwise Bossman was stuck on 15%. I apologize, I thought that would be better suited for this GB! :(

We definitely appreciate your efforts. What I don't get is we want to purchase from Headlight Revolution as many products as we possibly can. Your competition is selling what we want to buy from you with a 20% discount and it's hard to justify spending extra money "just to be nice". We really want to be loyal to Headlight Revolution and spend our money with you. We want to support those who support us, but as we put things in our carts and then realize that 20% doesn't apply to everything, in my opinion, it just takes away from the positive experience that people generally have with Headlight Revolution.

Again, we appreciate what you've done for us, but I just wanted to get it off my chest.

To be fair to HR, it's a group buy for the headlights that just so happens is being facilitated through their eCommerce website. He could do the old-fashioned GB method of taking people's names, having everybody call in their payment info, and manually do all the correspondence. That way it would absolutely be limited to a GB for the headlights since...that's what the GB is designated for. But that never has good tracking and requires a ton of attention of the organizer as opposed to a semi-automated system of their website which protects the buyer and seller via a well established purchasing medium. I know it's a bummer there isn't a sweeping 20% discount code like the previous site-wide sale, but they can't run 20% off everything whenever they run a "group buy".

I have no dog in the fight. I'm just looking at it from a third person perspective.

for those that ordered and don't have headlight leveling in your 07-09 (feature came out in 10 i believe) on page 16 there's an ebay link to a hilux harness to enable auto leveling. the morimoto's headlights have the feature. folks have reported on other pages that the harness works. i've wired it all up but haven't installed my xb's yet because i need to paint and install new extension/filler panels which is another story but if you consider the harness, the switch isnt 100% flush. could prob fab it a little to make it totally clean but im ok with it. fyi.

Do you have the leveling switch inside the cab? Does it work correctly?
I followed the directions and at 25' at zero setting adjusted lights to height. When I go to 5 setting the lights adjust upwards instead of downward.
Wrote HR and they said they were investigating but I have not heard for over a week now.

I’m going to be doing the same, I currently have retrofits so I’ll be sacrificing some light quality, but I’m going for simplicity.

what kind of time frame are we on for shipping?

I adjusted mine at 5 and they move lower as I adjust in the cab.

I don't think you will lose any light quality, I had retrofits and the xbs are way better. Here are some pics at night.

Thanks. I'm currently using Vleds Micros in my stock housings. They are pretty bright but these should put more useable light on the road as I'm being told.

don't expect 12K lumens BAJA lights :) they are oem like LED headlights similar to any new 2020 model cars so perfect for driving and freshen up the front end of our gen2s
