I can get you one later when I get off shift. But if you stand over the headlights mines mounted on a flat spot just left of the driver headlight and right of the passenger.

I did this on my 4Runner with 10% ceramic tint and it greatly reduced the heat. But it didn't last long. Took a rock to the windshield and then the windshield proceeded to self destruct. It's almost like the tint made the windshield brittle.

The 4Runner has heating elements in the windshield around the sides and under the wipers. I couldn't turn the heating element on anymore after the windshield started grenading itself because the windshield would snap and pop and new cracks would show up. It was just strange.

Got the windshield replaced, didn't replace the tint, an never had an issue after that. Not sure if it's related or not but that was my experience with having a windshield with ceramic tint on it.

Yeah don't kill yourself. I haven't decided if I'm gonna install the resistors yet. I have them and was going to when I put in the headlights but I only had 3 T taps out of the 4 I needed to make a decent connection. I'm not crazy about adding them due to them getting hot and so far with my sound system it hasn't driven me crazy yet. However I did notice both the front n rear hyperflash which is pretty annoying. I'm still up in the air but yeah definitely, if u have a solid spot that has space and been trouble free for ya first some time I'm open to check it out. I might just end up installing them anyway for those rare occasions my stereo is not blasting. Thanks in advance.

This is on my short list of things to do next. I didn't realize it was an option until recently! Just need to save a little for it as the ceramic stuff isn't cheap, but I'm sure it'd be worth it here.

Brought out that Inferno color with a bath today. Every time I wash it, I remember what the faster color is.
Now we wait for delivery of new @RCIoffroad Skid, the new Bed Storage Panels from @Caliraisedled and some trims from AJT.

Also, I've been using this Tire Foam for years on cars and trucks. I cannot recommend it enough if you want that brand new tire shine. Spray on and let it work. (In the shade)
Anyone have any recommendations for a beginner coat for the summer?
Considering Wipe Away Polishes or Clay Bar.

And still waiting on Bakflip to get their crap together. Over a week with zero answers as to when they are going to ship me a replacement cover. Their customer service is horrendous. I respect that the Chinese coronavirus is affecting everything but a email stating it’s going to take a few weeks would be respectable.

So many people doing chrome delete you would think Toyota took the hint and just stopped putting chrome on their cars and trucks

They got the hint loud and clear. Keep putting the chrome and they‘ll be able to make a profit off color matched parts.

Because I wanted to put a rifle back there. Because the dog bed can go there. Because we put our travel bags there when we go camping. Because I’m going to eventually put some sort of drawer or storage there.

I don't know about that. I think you are 100% right that most members here would, but most buyers aren't on this forum. I would be more inclined to think that most buyers of almost all vehicles tend to leave them however they drove them off the lot. Pure speculation on my part.

Switched out the front bumpstops today after work. Doing the rears this weekend. I forget do I need to jack up the rear end to loosen the bolts and slide out old bumpstop and put in new one? C659BF68-3591-412C-85F4-97FD54E201F6.jpg
