Lol. It's definitely doable while they're on, but having the wheels flat would help, if nothing else just to get the decals lined up right. Just take your time and get a good soapy spray bottle mix and you'll be fine either way.

Consider this: If you take your time, including the time to take your wheels off and apply them horizontally, the odds of a successful installation are greatly increased. This is definitely not a rush job. Patience will pay off with a long term application and taking the wheels off can certainly save you time in the long run. The few that I have seen that fail are mostly due to a rush job where the decals did not have enough time to fully adhere to the wheels before the vehicle was driven. I state in the instruction that this should take about 1-2 hours but that is per wheel. You can work on multiple wheels at at time (for example, when one is drying) to decrease the overall time to apply them all.

Any black out option for the 1794 emblem?

Unfortunately not. Due to the shape, it's not very easy to apply an overlay to the chrome 'frame' part of the emblem. I do have decal inserts for the "TUNDRA" part of this emblem.

I would be interested in this. So this would be the lower black around the tundra lettering and also the brown decal in the tundra lettering?

I just placed an order for the matte overlays. Not sure if the matte blends with the gloss of the wheel enough. Can someone please post more pics of the whole truck from a few different angles? broad side....front side view pics.

Correct. I can do a overlay for the lower part of the emblem and inserts for the letters in any color that I carry. The photo shows the matte black overlay with the copper metallic inserts..

I need to re-order a set, I ruined two of the decals on my first attempt. I'm not sure if it was the impatience or the couple beers but it wasn't a good outcome LOL

Put these on my wheels on Thursday night. This morning I looked and 3 spokes from 1 wheel and 1 spoke from another wheel are missing. I installed them all the same way, not sure what happened. Unfortunately I only have 3 spare spokes decals so I sent a message on IG. Waiting to hear back.

    A) I heard back from Rich and he's taking care of me.

    B) Just want to iterate that I have several products from Rich and I'm very happy with and impressed with them! I'm certain these decals slipping is my fault, not a product issue! Definitely recommend.

Do the vent overlays cover all the chrome or will there be some visible from the side?

A bit of chrome will be visible from the sides of the drive and passenger side vent rings as you enter the truck. It is not visible from the seated positions.

One of mine was a little off-set so from one side you can see a little chrome. The other side is covered all the way. This was due to installation error more than the product.

But typically this is what it would look like.

Yep. They worked great, and the contrast between the overlay and wheel sheen worked well.
