Yeah most people gave up over the years.i sure as hell don’t have the fortitude. My wife has worked in govt. dealing with politicians for the last 20 years. So this was right up her alley.

Epic, had one on my evil and its even better in v2 on the sb130. climbs better and descends like a madman. Been getting a few KOM's and top 2 finishes on local trails in the rough stuff.Havent installed the acs3 yet, waiting for some time for that one... but I need it bad! Got a double flat 2 days ago on the trail so installing some cushcore xc's today. I raced downhill and 4x for yeti for 5 or so years then got more into park/ slopestyle stuff and eventually burned out and sold all my bikes to get a drift boat. about 4 years ago I had my hip replaced at the ripe age of 29 and decided to get back on the bike.. loved my evil insurgent but this sb130 is on a whole nother level

Damn. Hip done at 29?? That's why I only ride xcountry (and road) and keep the tires on the ground. I'm done with flying over the bars and banging off trees and rocks. And I'm well north of 29 - I don't heal like I used to.

i love my 303RDH. it's a tank but fast, stable and fun.

would love to trade up to a new sb frame but my sb66c is plenty of bike. it constantly pushes my limits. i get outside my comfort zone and the bike just wants more.

Damn that’s too young for a hip! Did you ride with Derek Teel @yeticycles? Have only met as a passing acquaintance, lives here locally.he has a gym here and said he rode for Yeti for a short time. I think 2009-ish ...

I had an Sb95 and my wife is currently in the Yeti 4.5. Demo’d the 130. It’s a great all around bike. Wanted the wife to upgrade but she likes how her 4.5 climbs. Psychopath.
Nowadays I’m not as fast or ballsy. But I still like float downhill and small jumps not sending Whistler stuff. but I do really dig some big mountain rides in the Sierra’s.

I have it and would rather something more full coverage like the evoc or race face. It looks undersized honestly on the 2019 Tundra. I’ll be moving to a 1upusa soon due to a slide in camper purchase.

those straps don't rub the paint at the bottom of the tailgate?

Doesn’t seem to be an issue. More likely to rub at the tailgate bump if dirt gets under the pad.
If you’re going with a tailgate pad you aren’t necessarily the type who cares about minor rubs and scratches on your bike or tailgate. more the “tool not a jewel” mentality.
That being said I have had no major issues. I do have helicopter tape on my bike down tube and more carbon bikes are coming with a rub protector where the frame makes contact with a tailgate pad. My friend just went to a 1upusa rack because the minor scratches were driving him crazy after about a year of heavy use (he rides 3+ times per week).

Very nice I had a turquoise set before which I rethreaded to a set of Nox carbons. I threaded these up myself from the start. The I9 hub is a masterpiece.03372586-C35F-46FD-A678-9EEC2041CC9B.jpg

Those are sweet! I9 is an awesome company. Been watching them grow, and love that they’re in my neck of the woods. My friend works with one of their other companies and always has the inside scoop on what they’re gonna do next. He always goes for a ride when he has to visit their facility. I tell him he needs to ask for the hookup, but he’s too nice and just buys their wheels and rides em.
