I asked this question before in Tundras Live thread but thought I would start a new one to keep all the ideas together in one place for the next person.

I am heading to Boston tomorrow through next Thursday for work. Wife is flying up for the weekend. Looking for historic and fun things to do. Good restaurants and a good bar to watch the Broncos game. Yes I will be sporting Broncos gear in Boston.

Freedom trail, frost ice lounge, legal seafood is the bomb. Definitely pick up some pizza, my favorite spot was Copeland pizza in quincy. Blue hills reservation if you want to escape the city for a bit and do some hiking. Purgatory chasm is fun. If you like beer check out harpoon or you could tour sam adams. Be sure to check out the local beer stores as sam adams the 13th hour should be coming out soon might be lucky enough to get some and it is a fantastic brew. Ive only ever seen that in boston. Careful with the broncos gear they are super angry at the broncos. :crapstorm:. I really enjoyed fort indepence and duck boat tours.

Oh if the leaves are turning it might be good to go up to the flume in new Hampshire and hike up there and take the gondola ride.

I was only there once so I don't have much input. Not sure if this is your style but the aquarium up there is nice.
I forget the names of the places but there are a few great Italian stores to get cannoli's, they are "wicked" good.

I spent a week there for work once, had a blast in the Fenway area. If Boston is playing at home, there is a cool bar called the Bleacher bar, its inside the Green Monster, but you access it outside the park so you don't need tickets to get to it.

Sam Adams is a must, just a quick ride on the orange line. Harpoon brewery in Southie is also great.

Ok out in Boston area for the last time for this project. Will be here over the weekend. I am in the Ayer/Littleton area. I unfortunately have to watch the Super Bowl in NE territory. Where should I go to watch the game?

:rofl::rofl: The accent up there never gets old!

I was up in that area during the Summer a few years back. We stayed at Hampton Beach, NH, such a beautiful area up there. Each morning they have tractors till the sand which makes the sand incredibly soft and loose compared to the hard pack sand when I went to the beach in Galveston  Although, the water is VERY cold!

While we were in Boston we had lunch at Cheers, the original location on Beacon Hill where parts of the TV show were filmed apparently, pretty cool place to check out if you get the chance.

    Enjoy your trip!

Only place you can have a cold Sam Adams across from the cold Sam adams (apparently there's a tombstone with "Sam adams" there), and check out the cheers bar!
