Anyone used this? I'm thinking of using it this year instead of a wax.

It's time for my spring cleaning:

    - wash
    - ironX
    - wash with Dawn
    - clay mitt
    - wash
    - touch up rock chips
    - Hydro 2 Lite sealant???

I have used hydro2, mix up my own solution but it's the same thing. I love it. Make sure your truck is not hot and its out of the sun. Keep the truck wet as you work your way around too. Then just dry it off. Some notice a film that causes glare at night on the windshield so make sure you rinse and dry that well. Or don't spray it with hydro2.
You can skip the step with the dawn soap. Its not necessary and will leave a surfactant film on the paint. Washing and clay will strip it well enough. And no need to even wash at that stage. Just rinse the ironX away and then clay it.

I did the Dawn step last year because I found that it really got the remnants of the IronX off better than regular soap. Ironx was a bitch to get off.

I'm really think I'll give this Hydro2 a chance. I don't have the patience to wax my truck. LOL

You'll like it man. So easy and lasts a long time.
