Hi All - I figured I would check before reaching out to @Headlight Revolution, but I recently sourced a XB headlight (on backorder) and fog light kit and attempted to install the Fog lights today. Needless to say, I had an issue getting the supplied H10 connector to fit in the factory harness ... super tight and wouldn't push in. Could be the tolerances are off slightly, but wanted to check to see if i'm missing something before returning these or reaching out to customer service.

    Thanks in advance.

Check plug orientation. If pins are reversed, mine was, it will not plug in.

Just got back from vacation to find my headlights had arrived (I managed to figure out the fog light install with help from Brandon!). Here's the finished product, very happy, will report back once I get them on the road at night.

One question though (and i'm sure that people have encountered this) I managed to break the clips on the lower plastic trim piece (must be the cold winters here in MN). Is there a factory replacement or hack as it's now blowing in the wind?IMG_1027.jpg

same thing happened to me when I did my LED bulb upgrade to the wife’s Sequoia... thank goodness the wife doesn’t look that close at the headlights :fingerscrossed:

@alphak25 can you share how you resolved the connector issue? i've got to be doing something wrong. even without the wire/pins installed i can't get the supplied connector to snap in place with the oem female end. it's short by maybe 1/8 or so inch. the morimoto online install guide is of no help. thanks.

I used a channel lock wrench, positioned the wrench to grab the back of the female housing and little bump on the male housing, then squeezed! Make sure the pins are well aligned before attempting.

thank you very much. i started to go that route then backed off figuring i should ask around before using force. whenever i use force...the force is never with me and i end up costing myself $$ to revert. lol.

but sounds like once i put them on and get it snapped in, prob won't be able to unplug them cleanly. wish they wouldn't have made it so tight but i get that it needs to be weather proof.

Hey there, is there a particular way/side these go in? I put them on one side and they don't light up.
