    Also.....it's quite possible that certain areas require a permit even tho you have a license plate. I'd definitely contact Stay the Trail folks. Can't hurt!

    no worries man. I’m the same way especially since I own a business. would never ask you to say anything publicly. if two people here have bad experiences, that’s enough of a red flag for me.

    I saw that but if scroll down a bit, it says any plated vehicle needs a permit. :notsure:

    Asked some local experts who know wheeling better than anyone I know.

    “the State requires and OHV permit for ALL VEHICLES on certain trails. Its not necessary for all trails but certain trails require a permit. Someday it will be all trail. I get the permit because it adds $25 more toward funding for education and maintenance.”
