    Neither. But regressing to calling a staff member an ass might qualify as having earned a time out. That's just my point of view though, no name calling involved.

    Staff being condescending is okay though? Who here is so soft that hearing "you're being an ass about this" is considered abusive?

    If you read carefully Karma said he uses anti seize, he never said what he sets torque to. TJ hammered him saying he proved that Karma has been over doing the torque, without knowing what Karma is doing. Assumptions were made and some back and forth happened, happens all the time.

    I've seen some staff doing things I don't agree with and I can either engage them as an adult, or I can call them names. It's my choice and I have to deal with the consequences, which are probably going to be doled out by that staff member depending on their mood. If Karma wants to take the issue up the ladder with other staff, fine. That's just my point of view though, no name calling involved. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
