I have a new 2020 sr5 crew max. I’m looking into doing a 3/1 pro comp nitro and run 275/70/r18 Toyo AT2. Just wondering if it will look good and if the tires will look small! Any advice would be great!

Everyone’s going to tell you that those tires will look too small. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder and subjective. I’m running a 2/1 lift with those tires. I could fit bigger tires but the trade-off is fuel. To me my truck looks like how a 4 x 4 should’ve come from the factory. If you want it to stand out. Step up to 295s or 35s. Just be prepared to do a body mount chop and adjusting some of the fender liners. Some don’t need to but many do. Also depends on if you’re using the factory rims. You are a limited how wide you can go because of the upper a arm. You would need spacers or different offset wheels.

It won't look horribly bad, I think a lot of people here run that combo. That's about a 33" tire. Going up to a 75 sidewall will look good (about 34" tire) and will not require much cutting. 285/70/18 will also be slightly bigger and almost a 34. As soon as you get into the 35" range you start risking cutting and BMC.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I am running factory rims. The place I’m taking it to did say they think that is the best set up with my stock rims. I would not mind going a little bigger on the tires but i don’t know. I wish I could see a pics to help me out.

@2020tundra4x4 , check out this thread. Lots of pics. most have aftermarket wheels, but there are still a lot with stock rims also.

I’m running 265/70r18 on factory rims. I think I have a 2/1 level. Idk I bought it that way. Duratrac tires.

I have that tire size on zero lift and they fit perfect. If I went with a 3/1 I would go with a 34" tire.

Here’s a 2.5/1 lift with 275/70R18 Falken Wildpeaks. Biggest reason I didn’t go bigger was price and fuel economy. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

It will look great. First thing I did when I bought my PRO was put 275/70r18 Cepek EXPs to fill the front wheel well a bit.

Any rubbing? I am thinking of getting bilsteins and set them to 1.9" with keeping stock wheels

No rubbing, the Trail Grapplers run a little taller around 33.7". On the sidewall they say O.D 34".
