Dimming drl while headlights are on

Anyone able to tell how much of a difference there is when the led drl dims while headlights are on as opposed to staying the same brightness wethere headlights are on or off? Have some headlights I want to put in and dont know if I should get the additional harness to dim the drls qhile headlights are on, thanks

 

The drls are pretty bright at night. I got the dimming harness and do not regret it.

 

Better to dim them. We are already blinding ppl with the headlights. Lol

 

Does it Dim directionals too?

 

What’s a good harness to order for the dimming DRL? I have a 14 sr5 I want to get the newer headlights with the drl around the headlights

I just ordered and received a harness from him last week.
Shoot him a PM..

I like my amber DRLs..
I'm not going to use the bright LED strips at all during the day, but the dim strips will come on with the headlights...

 

My factory LED DRLs on my 19 are extremely bright and definitely need to be dimmed when the headlights are on at night or you'd piss off everyone front of you.
