Hey all, just wanted to share some of the projects i've been working on while stuck at home. Before this pandemic started I promised myself to take a few camping trips this summer. The first thing I needed to do was build a bed platform.

Then I added 2 layers of foam and a wool topper, a few LED lights, and a fan for air
    circulation.

A couple of months ago, I bought a Kayak and installed a subwoofer.

I'm very anxious to get back to my job and into a normal schedule again. Take care everyone and stay healthy!

Thanks man, it fits perfectly in there. Didn't want any screw holes in the dash!

I saw that thread, really cool! Reminds me of my first car, 1965 Chevy Bel Air wagon, $375 bucks back in 1977.
    Have a great day.

This is awesome. Stuff like this makes me want to go and get a cap, build a camper, and drive out nowhere and rip in some chunky large mouths

I keep finding little things to do here and there. Maybe I'll top of the gas tank later today!

    Stock, for now
If I may suggest, you want to distribute the weight through out the whole length of your bed instead of (3) small pieces of 2x4

I appreciate the advice on the extra support. The deck is really stable and solid, with no flex. I was goint to add a couple more posts towards the back of the bed for added strength.

The truck looks great. We are in the same camp (ohh, bad pun there...). Just waiting for everything to open back up. Hoping I don't have to cancel our reservations in July!
