    Hi All
As I’m sure most of you I’m working from home, but I’ve run into an issue with monitors.

They worked normal before, but when I logged into my Remote Desktop the resolution wasn’t great.

I was able to play around with the settings, but I still have a black space on the sides. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The black space is on the left side of both monitors at all times. I looked in the display settings and was also able to adjust the monitor picture on the screen itself, but it would only allow me to move it so much.

What’s the screen resolution you’re using?

My monitors at work are 1080 and so is my laptop. When I remote in the resolution is fine. I think you just need to match the resolutions. I could be wrong though. Who set it up?

Remote desktop has an option to use the full monitor.

Sorry for the lag, its been a crazy few days!

    Currently using 1920x1080

I set up my home stuff, but everything thru the VPN was set up by my company.

I found that, but the issue is my desktop even when not remoting is offset.

The remote desktop we use at work is limited to 1024 x 768 or something like that. Could yours be similar?
