Anyone have Fiberwerx fenders? I'm curious what you have done around the headlights to make them fit better.
For example, this truck has some kind of rubber liner around the opening of the fender for the headlights. Anyone know this truck or know the trick for this? I've spent several hours just shaving some here and there for fitment...... this really is a bitch and I haven't even started on the besides yet.

Welcome to fiberglass fitting. Got my fenders used and they were damaged. So, I layed up 2 layers of carbon fiber on my fenders and new bedsides. I use 36 grit Rol locs on variable speed right angle drill for minor trimming and jig saw for bigger cuts

I wish that was within my capabilities... but just very minor trimming and filling the minor voids in the fenders is maxing out my expertise.......

Try a google search for glass channel molding. You might find some rubber molding that'll work for you

I know, the fitting is a major PITA! I fitted and installed each bedside more than 20 times and still have some work to do around the tailgate.
Patience will pay off though. DM me if I can help answer any questions
