Yeah, I saw that too. 46 is a big honker.

I'll likely never get one ....just looking and lusting.

Citizen ProMaster is my daily, love solar power and not having to replace the battery! This is my second citizen and I have had good luck with both. 0A447867-3DA1-4FD5-B05F-D20A8A8FB1B0.jpg

    Watches.. i’m here for it.

If we’re just talking dive watches, i’m posting the 3 i wear the most:

    - Tudor Black Bay (burgundy)
    - Seiko skx 007j
    - Orient Ray Raven II (the all black colorway)

A lot has been said here and elsewhere about the skx007 but i feel like the Orient should get talked about more than it does (specifically this Ref here).

The Orient has an incredible price point (very affordable) for what you get and i’ve noticed the watch is extremely accurate and durable. It’s a strap monster that can take any strap and still look good, along with being hackable and has manual winding, etc.

The Tudor Black Bay has also been talked about a lot, maybe too much. I’ve loved this colorway and i think it was the least popular of the series but it has the Tudor Rose (not the shield) on the face and the crown and it just looks fantastic outside in the natural light, pics don’t show how great the dial is, or at least to me.

I’ve thought about starting a G-shock thread because i’ve got an even more serious problem with those.

My first diver was the same blue citizen. Good watch. Have had a few more since. Current is a deep blue. I will get a Rolex submariner one day.

    Nice watches gang!

My daily diver is my no date submariner. Wear it all the time. It sees salt water fishing / crabbing, gets banged up while working on stuff, scuffed up while hunting. I love every love mark on it.

Also have a G-Shock Mudmaster that I sometimes wear on vacation. Hamilton Titanium Khaki Field that was a present from my dad. Thinks that’s all I have in the collection at the moment. I end up giving my sons and friends a number of my neglected Seikos / citizens / Hamilton’s / G Shocks / Nixon’s.

Polar Explorer II will be next watch. Was supposed to be my wedding present when we got hitched in February, but will haven’t had luck finding one from my local AD. Then stainless Daytona when I retire in 13 years. Simple 3 watch collection.

Have really enjoyed sharing the love with my sons. Told them that when they finish engineering school / OCS / whatever I’ll get them nice watches. Oldest son loves the sporty look of the white faces Seamaster, youngest son loves NASA and will get him a Speedmaster.

Also been toying with the idea of modding / building a watch based off the Seiko 5’s. Looks like it would be fun.

Had this GSAR for a while now. I love the look and feel. It's a heavy chunk of steel, lets you know you're wearing it.

I'm not a big watch guy, and the couple of watches I did have were Sekio's but I got in on a group buy for this several years ago.

Technical Watch CO. They're all hand made (not the movement though) by a small company started by a 22 year old kid in the Netherlands.

I wear it pretty much every day.
