Yeah worst case it starts to deform but by then you'll know if that is really the spot where you want the panel and can get it printed in a better material at that point (or depending how long it lasts just have him make you another). Not sure how big it is but I can print roughly 8"x8"x8". Don't have any PETG on hand though but I do have some nylon and carbon fiber reinforced ABS but that is way overkill for a part like this!

I actually have the file. But don’t know any one else with a 3D printer.

So the other day I noticed that I had these little felt inserts in the inside of the doors and turns out 2 of them were missing. So today I grabbed one and mocked it up in CAD and cut some new ones out of wood ... needed to get the laser cutter going again after winter anyway! Few coats of Minwax later and problem solved! I think it turned out really well for a 45 minute project from start to finish (well had to let the poly dry but other than that).

Thanks! I'm thinking of trying some out in acrylic next in case anyone might be interested in one that isn't wood.

I already have them mocked up! Wood is easy just need to do some testing with acrylic and see how they come out. I'm thinking of engraving the logo on the back so you'll have a base color and then the logo color but the top will be nice and smooth/glossy. I'll post in the marketplace if this is something I can move forward with.

Silver was a little worn but had some paint that was pretty close to MGM so figured I would try it....turned out OK.

I'll run some samples tomorrow and see how they look. I'll have to see what I have left for acrylic and paint colors. Might have to make some quarantine specials with what I have hanging around :)

Got some new tires today. 285/65R20 on stock 20x9 +50 wheels. Really happy with the look and all I need to do is bend the edge of the skid plate up. Little rub at max turn.

Installed and wired in two KC Cyclones for under hood lighting. Pic with the light on is with only one. Will be wrapping it up once I decide on the best way to mount my trigger 4 plus controller.

Can I get the link for where you ordered these? Also, where did you get the trim pieces with the blue for the area around the front cupholder and that long skinny area.

I just used the wire to the 12v accessory outlet in the center console. There is a bolt in front of the gear lever that I used as a ground. Remarkably simple and easy.

The AJT reference was for the cupholder surround with the blue bolts. The other pieces you are referring to are Tufskins inserts in blue. ... https://www.tufskinz.com/product/in...rts-fits-2014-2020-toyota-tundra-bucket-seats

Someone else posted the link for the accent LED rings.
