Hey now everybody. First off, I’m a Maine-ah. Decided to join the forum after taking delivery on a 2018 TRD in Inferno. I’m loving the color. So nice. Truck has 17k miles. Got a few things on order for it such as Husky Mats and Weathertech wind deflectors.

Thanks in advance for the warm welcome and thanks in advance for answering all my stupid questions lol.

Is it an '18? I got mine for $36k with 17k miles. At the time I was thinking it was a good deal but I wish I had negotiated more. $33-34k probably would have made me feel like I got a better deal lol. I got mine in Sanford at Marc Motors. They had it for less than 24 hours so it was more of being in the right place at the right time. I originally went there to look at a '17 Nissan Titan but when I saw the Tundra, I was hooked. I love the color. The Titan had alot more bells and whistles, but the Tundra has the reliability that I value over everything else. I dont know what part of Maine your in but dont forget to look in NH. Rochester Toyota gets them in from time to time. They had a Quicksand one when I started looking but it sold before I could get there to look at it.

Im in Windham. I actually test drove an infero ‘17 in Rochester last week but had the obnoxious dual exhaust (im going to be towing a lot, dealbreaker) and it was rusted to hell already. You found a rarity up in these parts

I got under mine a few days ago to install a new exhaust and the rust wasn’t too bad but it’s there. It’s just impossible to find one super clean underneath. Even if you bring one up from the south, it’s gonna get some rust after a couple of winters.
If you find one that needs a stock exhaust, like the one in Rochester, let me know. I have the stock exhaust sitting in my garage right now looking for a new home.
