Hub to fender...ok I'll check that
If it does have it, how does one go about fixing it? Spacers on top of coilovers?

you wanna stay stock? You can add a shim which will raise a half inch. Small 1/4” spacer sits on top of the coil assembly. Coachbuilder will sell them. You can add those to pretty much all suspension. If your gonna go with coilovers and lift you can adjust those to get even numbers on both sides.

Measuring hub to fender, with a full tank my truck was 3/16 low on the drivers side. After my topper it’s a 16th low on the drivers side. I’m guessing that since the drivers side was preloaded a bit more To begin with the topper sagged the passenger side more and allllmost evened it out.

Depends on how much you weigh.

Never heard of this lean before. I've had an 18 and now 20 and that's one thing I didn't notice. I did notice the right rear sticking out further (not on the 20). Can cam tower leak (not on the 20, yet), diff seep, (not on the 20). But driverside lean?

It’s hardly noticeable it’s the extra weight on that side from mainly the gas tank. 1 shim would fix it. If it’s a big issue hard to tell by the naked eye really. The Tacoma is pretty notorious for it. My buddies is almost an 1” lower compared to the passenger side

2020 here, I installed one shim on driver side, now my driver side sits noticeably higher. Maybe with some miles, it will even out. It seems to be dif on every truck. That being said, I'm not ripping out the coilover to remove the shim, its only 1/2".
