I thought about mulching this weekend, but there’s nothing more frustrating than moving 3 years of wet mulch. We have a tons of beds in our yard and we mulch twice a year. After three back surgeries and countless epidurals I swore to never do it in the rain again!!!!!

I used to do the bulk load stuff, but got tired of the damn mess in the bed or the yard if I got it dumped. I went to the bags at Home Depot and never looked back. Every year it goes on sale for 5/$10 I go get a bunch of bags. When I get home I can drive right up to the areas and knock it out. Easy peasy!

I wish we could do that. We need three full yards to do our house; it costs me about $120 to do the yard. With bags I would spend twice that much. And my backyard isn’t accessible with the truck so schlepping that many bags isn’t in the cards for me.
